Monthly Rentals in Matancitas

We had such a peaceful stay at Casa Oceana. We loved the constant cool pacific breeze, using the outdoor kitchen to make coffee and tacos and enjoying the garden areas. Such a cool off the grid place to stay!

We have returned to Mavila four times, but this is our first time at Benny’s place. The Mavila pool and the amenities associated with the unit is amazing. Bennie’s place is one of the best equipped AirBnBs we have stayed in. It is well stocked and we appreciate extra things like a fly swatter, scissors, first aid kit, large mugs, plenty of cookware and Tupperware, and enough side tables for putting down cups near the sofa. There were plenty of towels coat hangers, detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. This rental feels like home and is stocked with common sense and intellect. The rooftop patio let you see the sunset over the water. Thanks again for making our stay a pleasure. Kyong

Doug & Susan were great hosts! Very responsive when messaged while affording us total privacy during our stay . Casa Fresca was exactly as advertised, close to the beach , we loved the large rooftop deck and the shadier lower patio, the living spaces were clean & spacious. The vibe is surf/beach casual which we loved. The WiFi was really fast and the place is very quiet & well insulated. There are some small convenience grocery stores nearby and a fun casual local outdoor restaurant/bar called Shaka's which was a highlight of the immediate area as well! The beach is stunning, and not crowded. We would definitely love to stay at Casa Fresca again!

My stay with Rosalina in Los Cabos was excellent. The place has a privileged location, just a few blocks from the Marina and Puerto Paraíso Square, which makes it very convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. It is undoubtedly the best value for money in the area. As a digital nomad, I really appreciated having good internet throughout my stay, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable space to rest, and everything I needed to carry out my daily activities. Rosalina and her husband were always very attentive, quickly resolving any questions or requests I had. In addition, the place was impeccably clean, and every week they kept it that way, something I really appreciate, as it contributes to maintaining a pleasant, orderly and quiet environment. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without thinking about it.
