5 Stars! A Perfect Beach Getaway We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the relaxing sound of waves in the background. The home was cozy yet spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout—from extra towels and beach gear to a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved spending our mornings on the deck with coffee. Our host, Melissa, was responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. There a quite a few great restaurants in the surrounding area to enjoy, as well. Such an enjoyable stay!

My husband and I honeymooned here.. We absolutely loved it!!! The house is beautiful and a short walk to the end of the road comes out at the beach. Gorgeous ocean view and pleasant community. We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

Spent our anniversary at this wonderful home. It is well taken care of and you can tell a lot of through went into the space.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

I stayed here with my family and 2 year old daughter and can’t say enough about how amazing it was! First and foremost - the house is beautiful, amazing backyard, stocked with everything you need and was super clean when we arrived. We had one small issue where the one shower was a bit clogged and Jessica responded and had someone at the house to fix it immediately!! Couldn’t have been happier with Jessica’s communication. The location of the house is perfect- there is beach access right across the street and we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. The house is also within a short driving distance of tons to do- we went to a farmers market, played at a splash pad, explored downtown and went to many restaurants (many of which are very family friendly!). My family and I definitely plan to return and will absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time! Wonderful home with amazing views and right on the water. He provided baby gates which helped with my toddler. Supplied beach chairs and umbrellas! Really great place to stay for families

What a wonderful place to vacation! Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach (easy walk) and close to Vilano Beach Publix/bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Fully stocked on essentials. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. Derek was so very responsive and gave great instructions on check-in/check-out procedures. Will definitely consider future stays. Thank you!

Eason’s place is perfection. Everything was exactly as described and went above and beyond our expectation. Clear communication, absolutely no issues during our day. It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. 10/10 recommend you book it!

Monica’s house is truly spectacular! It looks just like the pictures - beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, lots of light, and tons of space. She’s thought of all the little touches that make the place feel like home. We completely enjoyed the evenings by the pool and playing games around the dining table. The kids found the pool alligators and the PacMan arcade game to be highlights! Monica is a wonderful host and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent her place again! We feel lucky to have found it.

What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful, with lots of pretty furnishings and a great layout. My family of five had plenty of room, and loved the pool and kayaking in the canal. We saw dolphins, a manatee, and several eagles in our time there. We had one minor glitch with a temperamental modem that was remedied quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Palm Coast!

The host was very responsive to questions. The house is beautiful and you can’t beat the location; right across from the ocean. We appreciated the use of surf boards and paddle boards as well as the wagon to bring our things to the beach. We loved the long tables indoors and out so we could sit down together for meals. Very comfortable feel to the house. It’s quiet around there so if you are looking for nightlife, it may not be for you. If you are looking for a gorgeous place to relax and enjoy one another, this location is perfect!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine! We had a small hiccup when we arrived with one of the bathroom doors being locked, more than likely a human mistake from house keeping. Danny and Andrea had one of their maintenance staff over within 30 minutes which we greatly appreciated. 7-10 drive to surrounding beaches, 5 minute drive to downtown, with several small resturants within walking distance. Having the small pool was very nice for afternoons after a beach day!

The backyard pool area felt like a private garden retreat—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Great restaurants were just minutes away, and communication with the host was excellent. The whole family loved it—highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful trip to After Hours and found the proximity to the beach perfect! Literally right across the street ! The beach is beautiful and not busy at all:) returning to After Hours and using the pool and hot tub was the perfect end to the day! The house was a lot of fun and perfectly appointed. There were actual spices to use in the kitchen!!! The hosts were so communicative and gave suggestions for places to eat . Our family looks forward to visiting again ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Property is clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will book at this location again! Property was just as described, with easy access to the beach and overall a very comfortable place to stay with our adult children and grandchild. The "beach supplies" that are available were just what we needed to have a good time at the beach without packing/purchasing all the needed things! The back yard with a large hot tub, patio and firepit area was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Host Seth was awesome and very responsive!

I live in Florida and take my dog and a boat on vacations to other parts of Florida. This place was perfect for the two of us. I like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked and most useable, has all the utensils you may need and the appliances seemed new. Bathroom was clean, well supplied and had plenty of hot water. Sheets, towels, pillows were perfect. Slept like a log. Neighborhood is eclectic and quiet. Straight shot about 1/4 mile to the beach access over the dunes. Absolutely wonderful place to walk with your dog, no people from resorts and condos to deal with. Go early and catch the sunrise. I enjoyed my stay.

It was a memorable vacation. The house was just as the listing showed and also the location to the beach is great. We had a swim in the pool and walked to the beach every day. I highly recommend the stay.
