Casa planta baixa amb una àmplia terrassa per gaudir de menjars a l'aire lliure i per relaxar-se, amb una plaça de pàrquing, localitzada al barri de Cerdanyola de Mataró, a 10 minuts de la platja en cotxe i a 5 minuts de l'autopista C-32. Mataró és a 30 minuts de Barcelona amb cotxe i a 1 hora de Girona i la Costa Brava. A 50 metres hi ha una parada de bus urbà ia 500 metres té una parada de bus per anar a Barcelona. Hi ha un supermercat obert de dilluns a diumenge a 150 m de la casa.

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.
