after 10 years on AIRBNB this is the best place I have been! Everything was wonderful, all is brand new and with nice design. There were a lot of things for the breakfast and even more, in the bathroom too. The bed and pillow are very good. Bruna was very nice and welcome us gently with flexibility. Parking around the place is easy and free in the vicinity. To summarize, perfect for us and for everybody I guess!

My stay in Matera was short, but absolutely loved every minute of it. Teresa’s place is gorgeous and it is so well situated at the heart of the town. Waking up in the morning and cracking the windows open to find yourself sorrounded by all this history, was amazing. The bed was super confortable, the pillows were great! I wish i’d stayed more days just to enjoy that room.

A few steps from the picturesque canyon of the city of Gravina (with the Ponte Viadotto bridge - Aquedotto Madonna della Stella, known as a filming location from the youngest James Bond film “No Time to Die”) it is a large, clean and well-equipped apartment. The property is in a perfect location, at the entrance to the old town. We stayed there for ten nights and found ourselves very comfortable and satisfied. Check-in is done independently via a box at the side of the front door, and communication with Agapito was smooth.

We stayed in Nico's beautiful apartment for 5 days and used it as a perfect base to explore not only Matera but also other nearby tourist gems like Alberobello. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the entrance of the Sassi and conveniently close to a multi-storey car park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen. The quiet location, combined with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, made for an exceptionally peaceful night’s sleep. Communication in English was excellent and our arrival was well coordinated. Highly recommend "Le Ferule" for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place to stay while exploring Matera and the surrounding area!

We spent a 2-week stay, and delighted with the friendly welcome and responsiveness of Leonardo. The apartment is spacious, clean, with a courtyard for parking. Quiet and located on a main road, ideal for visiting Puglia and Basilicata. Flexible arrival and departure times.

Dario and his mother are lovely, very attentive and helpful hosts. Communication is exemplary and cordial. The villa is a nice cottage on a small park-like property in a guarded large holiday complex, the Borgo. Within a 50 km radius, you will find many worthwhile destinations. We would gladly come back.

We felt at home at Filomena's. A lovely little house with everything we needed. My daughter loved her loft bedroom. It's a home that transmits love and memories. Clean and match the description. Filomena as a host is impeccable, polite, affectionate, available and always ready to recommend. Montescaglioso was a pleasant surprise.

The communication with Antonio was great. The place has a great location in the small village of Grumo Appulia. The apartment is great and is above Antonio's office and apartment. You walk through your office into the apartment, which is not silly. The only small criticism was that the pots and glasses were still a little dirty. Otherwise everything is great.

Good apartment, I felt very comfortable and it is what I expected and I had imagined it, it met my expectations and I recommend it without a doubt. Parking is a plus!!

Even though I only stayed one night, I feel it's only right to write a review. The house is beautiful, cozy, fully reflects the photos uploaded, even if the latter cannot highlight the order, the cleanliness that we found. The house has been renovated and is equipped with every comfort, all new, every piece of furniture. But the icing on the cake of this house is the courtesy, availability and kindness of Mrs. Mariapia. Despite having booked the day before departure, she was so kind as to provide breakfast for all four of us, with a variety of things, brioche, milk, yogurt, juices, coffee, and bottles of water. Finally, there was pasta, sauce, nothing was missing. What can I say, everything was impeccable, it's a pity we didn't stay long, but we hope to return.

Rachel is simply a treasure of kindness. Super available to vary check-in times and very friendly: upon our arrival he made us find an exquisite aperitif and also in the morning when you wake up a very good breakfast prepared by you. The house is furnished with the taste of an excellent antique enthusiast, each room is full of unique pieces matched with maximum taste. The two balconies make the house even more beautiful, having the opportunity to drink or eat something out there. The air conditioning system is in every room, so also perfect for hot summers. The central location and the really low price for the amenities and accommodation available. If we happen to be in the area, we will definitely come back to say goodbye to Rachele❣️

We stay 10 nights. Place was great and very easy to find. Train station was near and easy to go by train to Bari. Toritto was small and peaceful place. Angelo place was great. Good breakfast and nice room with big bed and own balcony. I recommend this place. Thank you Angelo for everything.

Staying at Maddalena's was great, we felt welcomed and pampered. Very tidy and very clean house in a strategic position both to live the life of Matera and to visit the stones and various attractions of the place. Maddalena with her directions was valuable, allowing us to experience a stay full of relaxation, good food and culture. We will definitely be back!

We spent 2 nights in this artist-decorated apartment. Very nice! Set back, so quiet and you can walk to the center. A little difficult to find parking but with luck...we get there! We would have liked to see Antonella but she was probably not available?

I stayed with my family in Laura's apartment. The accommodation is well-kept, comfortable and large, the beds very comfortable. More than perfect! The unit was newly refinished, but with the amazing touches of vintage items giving the space an authentic feel, but new and stylish at the same time! Located literally steps away from the center of town, yet felt like I was in a small group of homes among wonderful neighbors. I enjoyed moving the table over toward the balcony to do my work and watching the neighbors go about their daily life. Two times a week a van comes by the neighborhood and sells fresh mozzarella, which I took full advantage of! It was really such an authentic, comfortable stay I can't wait to come back! Michela was very helpful answering any questions I had and gave me helpful tips for what to see on my stay. Highly recommend!!

The listing was as described, Antonio was available for opening even after 9:30 pm. We recommend the place as a family. The most that makes the difference, breakfast included.

It was a pleasure to stay with Salvatore because not only was the accommodation perfectly matched the description with a silent air conditioning in the room, not insignificant, but our host was considerate and has a real source of information about the must-see places to see in the province of Taranto (restaurants, beaches...)
