No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Dimora tipica in parte scavata ed in parte costruita, con splendida vista sullo scenario incantato dei Sassi di Matera. Si trova in zona pedonale, quindi non è raggiungibile con la macchina, ma c è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi e parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada poco più distanti. Vicina ai luoghi più importanti da visitare! L'accesso degli appartamenti è un comodo piano terra ma la vista dal balcone dell'appartamento numero 1 è un piano alto (magia dei Sassi di Matera!)
