Very good house, great service

The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. Super indico, it would be back for sure!!! Thanks for hosting!

Our lodging at Carmem's house was excellent, we felt at home, everything clean and organized, in addition to the wonderful location, which we provided tranquility and peace of mind. We spent wonderful days in this beach house, it is really very comfortable and has served us very well. We felt at home. The house is exactly as described in the listing. The location is very quiet and private, with nearby local trades. Check in and out was very quick and practical. Host Claonice was always ready to guide us and clarify any doubts, as well as being very friendly and friendly. We definitely recommend and we will also return on our next vacation.

The AP is very good, all equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room. Everything new and of great quality, such as a stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. the condominium is very good, with a game room, a barbecue and a nice swimming pool facing the sea. We received a person indicated by the owner of the name Maycon… very kind, helped us with the bags, showed us some features of the apartment, note 10!!!

Vandra was extremely helpful and kind. The environment was extremely clean, smelling good and organized, exactly as shown in the photos. Full kitchen with good utensils. Vandra was very flexible at check-out and made us feel right at home. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

The stay was incredibly perfect, the host is very attentive and clarified all our doubts, the apartment is perfect and super comfortable and with all the utensils, the location is great too, close to everything, the condominium pool is great, no defects, the stay was wonderful from start to finish. Apartment well located, between the beaches Mansa Brava. Near pharmacy, market, restaurant, etc. The property is even better than the photos. Very well equipped, large, clean. Stand out to the balcony with a very beautiful view. It exceeded our expectations, I recommend it!

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. It was me, my wife and 3 children, the apartment served us very well. The location is great, several shops around including a trailer on the beach boardwalk (crepe, açaí, portions, drinks), the bowling alley is close too, we walked. You literally cross Beira Mar Avenue and you're on the beach. The beach kit helps a lot! The cart turns into a table and if you arrange it well you can even carry an articulated gazebo, that is, total convenience. Certainly, when we return, we will look for the same place to stay.

we went on a holiday and I can say it was an amazing experience! We arrived and were super welcome, Eliane and her co-host were very requested with us! The place was impeccable in a matter of cleanliness and on the view I have no comments! It looked like a movie scene, kitchen was complete and matched all the needs, a clean, quiet and organized place, it was worth it and it was my best choice for sure!
