La tenuta e' ubicata a pochi minuti da Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca e Lecce, ed proprio la sua centralita', cosi' strategica, a favorire la conoscenza del Salento. La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.
