In the common area, loft, a relaxation or reading area with a sofa bed that becomes a third bedroom as needed. Equipped with two terraces to the top of the apartment and a huge huge terrace in the sun area with covered kitchen, dining table for 8 people, large relax couch for 10 seats, outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom. It has a laundry area and a large comfy bed, with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
