The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning in every room, 2 fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove, and small appliances) 2 double bedrooms with private bath, one of which has a private lounge with sofa bed. In the common area, loft, a relaxation or reading area with a sofa bed that becomes a third bedroom as needed. Equipped with two terraces to the top of the apartment and a huge huge terrace in the sun area with covered kitchen, dining table for 8 people, large relax couch for 10 seats, outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom. It has a laundry area and a large comfy bed, with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

É composta da due piani: il piano superiore non è in affitto, quello inferiore dispone di un'ampia zona giorno con cucina a vista, due camere da letto con bagni attigui. La casa è fresca e molto luminosa poiché dotata di numerose finestre. Inoltre, la struttura presenta all'esterno un ampio spazio dove potersi rilassare.
