An apartment in a former Hotel of Cesis Castle

This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

A studio type open living space upstairs; wc,shower and sauna downstairs. Has large windows and a balcony facing trees and a yard. A cooker, fridge, fire place, wi-fi, free parking; a washing machine. 1200 m to the city center & cafes. 700 m to walking trails along the river. Communication in Latvian and fluent English A dog and a cat may be in the yard.

Urban Glamping "The Scantland"

The most interesting summer stay in Valmiera. There is an option to sleep on the second floor of a 105 year old barn. In this place, you'll feel like you're in a tent and suite at the same time, as birds chirp, rain droplets on the roof are froking, fresh air flows through all the slots of boards, the beds are soft, blankets are warm, and the mood is pleasant. The place is just 100 meters from the river Gauja, 300m from the nearest shops, 400m from the forest and 700m from the city center.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

Treehouse Čiekurs(cone) is located 3 km from city Cēsis,90 km from capital Riga and located in Gauja National Park,surrounded by the pine forest.A great place to enjoy nature at its city noise,no rush,just peace.The nearest shop ~3 km. Houses with an air conditioner(heating and cooling). WC located in the separate house on the ground.You can take sauna or hot tub (available for extra payment) and take a swim in the lake. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Nice and bright studio type apartment for two with fully equipped kitchenette. You will have a deep sleep in Latvian craftsman's made beds and bed linens. Beds can be placed separately or transformed as double-bed with double mattress. Because of the good heating system apartment is warm and inviting also for the chilly season. Yes, and the place is disabled people friendly too. And if You carry a pet-friend with You, enjoy Your stay, we love them all!

Veinbergu guest house by lake n sauna 'Midclosures'

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is the place to be, if you want to enjoy nature and some quiet time. Very beautiful house with sauna, terrace and fireplace in Latvian countryside among ponds where you can swim. Two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, sauna room and game room. For extra fee it is also possible to use bath( sauna) in the house.

Cozy 34sq/m 5th floor apartment with a beautiful sunset view. Suitable for 1 or 2 guests. Close to several shops, bus stop, and a 10 minute walk away from the city center. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen and bathroom. Living room/bedroom has a pull-out sofa that fits 2 people. There is also free wifi, a TV, desk and iron. Free parking in front of the building or by the nearby shop.
