Monthly Rentals in Matsudo

The location is good, the room is as pictured, and it is more comfortable. There were plenty of daily necessities, so it was very easy to stay for a long time. There is no elevator. Because it is an old apartment type, you can hear a lot of noise outside.

This Airbnb is a private residence with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and full kitchen. This is an older home but spacious and can accommodate a family or a group of friends. The stairs in the home are very steep and narrow (which is common in older Japanese style homes) so I would be cautious for children, elderly or individuals with walking disabilities. The beds are comfortable (all located up the stairs) and they provided us 1 towel per person during our stay. They provide a washing machine with detergent but no dryer. There is a laundromat within walking distance that has great dryers. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful which is a nice getaway after a busy day in the City. There are excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The train station is a brisk 12 minute walk and a 45 minute train ride into the heart of Tokyo. The host is very responsive and helpful! I very much appreciated the house manual and clear instructions on locating the home!

The accommodation is very easy to find and quiet. Yuko gave us many instructions before our arrival, especially for the journey. She also gave us tips throughout our stay which helped us a lot. The apartment was ultimately more spacious than what we see in the photos with two real separate bedrooms. The presence of a washing machine that also dries was a very nice surprise and made it very easy for us. The train station is a 10 min walk, there is a great Thai restaurant at the end of the street as well as a supermarket where we were able to shop. Thank you again for this great stay in Tokyo.
