We had a great time. When we arrived, Alessia's grandmother welcomed us, who was very kind and hospitable. Alessia's place had everything you need for a stay. Ideal location to reach the various tourist towns (Vieste, Peschici, Foggia, Monte Sant'Angelo and S. Giovanni Rotondo). Alessia was flexible on check-in time and provided us with all the necessary information to be able to stay, even before our arrival at the property. The area is very quiet, there are also free beaches just outside the accommodation, with restaurants where you can eat on site or takeout, with excellent preparation of dishes. The center of Mattinata is easily accessible by car and offers many ovens and many amenities for the person. Great bread, focaccia, and panzerotti. We were very satisfied in our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overlooking the valley and amongst the olive trees. Stunning pool and terrace. Easy access by car, 7 mins drive to Peschici and main beach. Lovely base to explore the area including Vieste and Foresta Umbra. Antonio was very responsive to our questions and was a whizz with google translate. Would definitely return to this peaceful haven.

Antonio is a great host, very responsive to our needs and accommodating. Great beautiful surroundings and he recommended a great pizza restaurant next door. A 30 mile walk to the beach, easy drive as well. Great value for the price. Giovanna was great with serving cappuccino with a cornetto in the morning. A separate service offered on the property.
