Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mauá

The place is exactly like in the photos. Everything is new, very clean and well-equipped. The building is easy to find and super close to Expo SP. The only drawback is the noise of the planes that pass very close. But since it's close to the airport, it couldn't be any different. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Accommodation was a real find! A gem. We felt at home, comfortable. Everything was impeccable, it was a wonderful place that we enjoyed with great zeal and affection. Jacuzzi/bathtub working perfectly. Contact with Tom and his partners is always fast and efficient. Very close to the Santa Cruz Shopping Metro. Great option for couples who are traveling and want a wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood.

I just have to thank Ian and Samantha, who helped us a lot at check-in, after some unforeseen events, they were very helpful and welcomed us very well. The space is very comfortable and well-equipped, we felt at home. Thank you!

Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery services, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second-floor room gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, especially since I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Giuliano’s home in São Paulo is located in the heart of the most popular, artistic and musical area, with ease access to so many cultural adventures! Me and my family loved that part! And felt specially lucky to be able to explore Villa Madalena from this very beautiful house. Giuliano’s house is very ample, well equipped and has all the features to make one feel very comfortable . I stayed in his house for 8 nights with my family and felt like I had a home in São Paulo. I got to cook everyday to my family, to enjoy the company of many friends and family members that had access to stop by and visit us, and enjoyed specially the backyard with so many sweet features, my favorite the hammock and the garden ! I recommend Giuliano’s farm inspired house to all looking for a pleasant and relaxed home experience in São Paulo !

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

This is the second time I've booked the space, and just like the first time, I loved it. The place is impeccable, very beautiful, I felt at home. The house is very complete, cozy and the host is super attentive, polite and responds super fast. Once again I loved the experience and I will definitely come back other times!

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and I found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also one of the differentials, it is very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

Good apartment, close to shopping and a quiet neighborhood

Anahy was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. The apartment is wonderful and has an incredible view. The layettes are great, she makes everything available.

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We miss a gallon of water or a water filter. The entrance to the block is made by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and we dialed the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
