The house is delightful, a peaceful haven in the midst of São Paulo! I'll definitely come back more often. The host is a dear and helpful person.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

I grew up in São Paulo and know the city really well. Lilian's apartment is absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking view of Ibirapuera park and located in a peaceful, calm and safe neighborhood. Very walkable and conveniently located. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and looks recently renovated. My family and I had a fantastic time there and I'll definitely book it again next time I'm back in São Paulo.

I loved my stay at Natalia’s place. The building is safe and secure and the room was clean and equipped with absolutely everything I could need! Natalia is the absolute best host you’ll find- she was so so helpful and always responsive when I had questions (and I had ALOT!) I highly recommend Natalia’s place- you’ll feel right at home 😊

Second time I've stayed at Rony and Wlad's Flat, like all the reviews here, the place is identical to the pictures! They made check-in flexible for me in a few hours! Rony is always very helpful, he explained the best way to get to the place I needed, indicating paths and everything! The location is great, easy to get to Avenida Paulista, 25 de Março and Liberdade (I even walked to all these places) quiet area and zero problems as always! See you next time! Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery services, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second-floor room gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, especially since I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole plot itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

The house is extremely well maintained and very equipped - all kitchen accessories, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, everything. All new and clean. Cristina is a 10-note host, helped us with what we need and always responded very quickly. The house despite being on the street is very safe and quiet. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants nearby and very close to Ribeirão Shopping.

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decor is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

Euler was very kind and made early check-in available! The apartment is exactly as in the photos and all the instructions were super useful. Comfortable bed, strong shower and fully equipped and clean apartment! My stay was great and I would come back more often!

The entire team was very helpful from the beginning of the stay. The apartment is impeccable, jacuzzi, furniture, incredible sunset view. A tip, the jacuzzi does not turn on the jets if the water is above 40°C, but Cris helped me promptly. Thank you all!
