Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. To do during the summer: Walks around the cottage to the castles and forest, mountain hikes (Mont Forchat 20 min), swimming in the lake (10 min), entertainment of all kinds in Thonon, Sciez, Evian.

Many activities related to the mountain or Lake Geneva are nearby. Several ski resorts (cross-country or alpine) are nearby (between 20 minutes and 40 minutes by car). Many walks are accessible from the house. A 2-minute walk away, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Jura.

My place is good for families. It is located 19 km from Lake Geneva and 24 km from Morgins (Swiss border town), close to winter sports resorts, Bernex (9 km), Abondance, Chapelle d'Abondance and Châtel, Morzine-Avoriaz which are part of the Portes du Soleil area (connected to two countries). You will have a terrace and a play area, garden. A room is also available for storing ski and bike equipment.

Le Petite Maison Neuvecelle is a charming village house on the heights of Evian with a terrace and a south-facing fenced garden. Possibility of bringing a motorcycle onto the terrace.
