I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Janhna was responsive and kind, making check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect, and I felt right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

from beginning to end Alejandro and Eric communication was excellent. despite situacion in Cuba, Cuba continues to be a great place for vacation and this thanks to all the help from Eric who helped me to obtain in advance essential items like water, eggs, and other products. Eric arranged taxis from and to the airport at a reasonable price, provided us with lots of information like obtaining a temp SIM card and download and app similar to Ubber, the result? an amazing Vacation! my family was thrilled with the apartment that has "everything" you need. Plenty of small stores close by selling from veggies, bread, cold cuts and more. I even found almond and soy milk! amazing. So pack your stuff and head to the amazing lovely Island of Cuba . Thank you Eric for all your help and constant communication. Adrian and family. (last tip, bring USD or Euros and do not change them at the airport, ask Eric for best price on the street, diff. can be huge from 120 to 360 pesos per USD now).

Nuestra estancia con Mariannik fue maravillosa. Desde el inicio fue muy amable, clara y atenta, brindándonos seguridad y confianza. El departamento está en una excelente ubicación en el centro de La Habana, con limpieza impecable y todo en perfectas condiciones. Durante nuestra estancia, siempre estuvo pendiente. La vecina Nereida fue muy atenta, y la Sra. Lucy nos preparó un desayuno delicioso y una cena de cumpleaños con comida típica riquísima. También los choferes fueron muy amables y cálidos. No tuvimos problemas con luz, agua o internet (ya incluido) lo cual es algo que también valoramos muchísimo. El lugar es cómodo, bonito, accesible y rodeado de personas con gran calidad humana. Lo recomiendo al 100% Realmente nos fuimos con el corazón lleno, con experiencias hermosas y con muchas ganas de regresar. Sin duda, Cuba nos espera para seguir descubriendo todo lo que aún falta por conocer.

Apto muito bem equipado, limpo e organizado. Próximo a pontos turísticos e restaurantes. Faltou apenas um Wi-Fi mas entendo a dificuldade no país. O local também é um dos poucos privilegiados a não sofrer cortes de eletricidade. Escada fácil de acessar e me senti muito segura viajando sozinha. Anfitriões muito educados, receptivos e prestativos. Me ajudaram com o táxi para o aeroporto e me fizeram me sentir em casa.

Einfach nur: Hervorragend, super, das beste Apartment in Havanna, was ich jemals hatte. Ich war 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, großen und überaus komfortablen, modernen Apartment. Es war sehr ruhig, alle Zimmer wie in einem europäischen 4*-Hotel, die Küche hatte alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist der Balkon, der das Highlight der Wohnung war - schattig, grün, ruhig und zum Relaxen und Entspannen geeignet. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Umgebung und die Lage waren gut, es war mein 20. Aufenthalt in Havanna und ich schwärme noch immer von den schönen Tagen. Das Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen und mein nächster Urlaub in Havanna wird garantiert wieder in diesem Apartment sein. Vielen Dank an Yunier, der sich sehr um die Gäste gekümmert hat. Resümee: Ich komme wieder in das Apartment - so etwas Schönes findet man nicht gleich wieder, vor allem nicht in Havanna!

Great initial short stay with Humberto -- super accomodating and helpful in organising transport and exchanging money. Lots of noise outside (like all of Hanava) but the bedroom was quiet -- incredible!

My wife, our 2 kids (4 and 6 years old) and I loved staying here. Elida was very responsive, even though we unfortunately didn’t meet her in person. Yani was very kind, assisted us when necessary and made delicious breakfasts for us. Their recommendations certainly made our stay in Havana a blast!!

I can assure you and your family will have the best beach vacation around the area if you decide to rent this beautiful home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and available at all times. The beach is private and great for the kids. The home is top notch ,rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We had by the far the best experience anyone visiting Cuba can have while enjoying their family. Power outage was regularly ,note it’s Cuba. but was never an issue due to their powerful generator that would get power back on within minutes. Do yourself a favor and book this home. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Eloina and staff for allowing us to enjoy your home with our family. Everyone loved it and I guarantee you they will be talking about this experience for years to come.

Casablanca is like a home away from home. Very accommodating, relaxing and great service. My only suggestion would be to invest in a generator for when the power is cut off by the government, ensure that all your supplies are stocked(no ping pong balls) and provide a list of what you have stocked in the minibar upon check in. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone visiting Havana.

We had an incredible stay at Issy’s place in Old Havana! From the moment we booked, she was so responsive and helped us plan our entire trip, making everything seamless. She even provided us with a local cell phone, which was a huge help while navigating Cuba. Issy went above and beyond in every way—she was fantastic with our kids, making them feel right at home, and her breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Every morning was a treat with fresh, delicious food to start the day. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, attentive host who truly cares about her guests, Issy is the one! We can’t recommend her place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

I was very very impressed with the staff very friendly, respectful and kind. That’s what stood out the most to me. I’ve stayed in many places I think it was a little pricey also get prepared to spend extra money with their services meaning you have to pay for breakfast you have to pay for dinner, coffee water liquor… it would be cheaper to eat out every day, then dining in the home… the house was very clean well kept…

El espacio de Claudia y Amarilys es un lugar fantástico para pasar días increíbles privados en familia. Aun teniendo unos días de ajetreo personal por un momento especial y familiar, no faltó la preocupación de Claudia y las atenciones exquisitas y siempre oportunas de Amarilys. Amarilys desde el momento cero y hasta que me fui con unas atenciones excelentes, al pendiente de todo, siempre dispuesta para todo lo que pudiese necesitar, extremadamente preocupada y resuelve todo en el acto. Ese gran equipo también está integrado por un conserje que cuida la propiedad en las noches, muy respetuoso, siempre presto a ayudar, al pendiente de todo, su presencia daba más seguridad de la que ya existía en un lugar súper privado, tranquilo y muy especial para el descanso. Linpieza impecable, con todas las condiciones, fácil el acceso y excelente localización. Sin dudas regresaría a casa de Claudia y Amarilys, les agradezco por los días fantásticos que pasé en su casa y por esas atenciones.

We stayed here as a group while attending a conference at the Convention Center, which was within walking distance. For our purposes, it was a very good location. If you wanted to be spending most of your time in the old part of the city, this would not be the place to stay, we spent quite a lot on taxis and there were few other transportation options. The house itself is great, with wonderful staff. Communicating with Elisa beforehand was very easy. It will be helpful to know some Spanish because almost everyone at the house knows very little English, which caused us a few difficulties, nothing that we couldn't sort out, though! It was plenty big for eight people and overall a great find for our group. Do note that all items such as water, tea, coffee, etc. are extra and not included in the house rate. A very nice experience overall.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von den beiden und konnten uns bei Fragen oder wenn wir Hilfe brauchten immer an sie wenden. Auch die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist sehr sehr schön und definitiv das Geld wert! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

Mi estancia en esta casa en Guanabó, La Habana, fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables. La casa está impecable: muy limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Tiene un ambiente muy acogedor y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa y en una zona tranquila para descansar. Todo en la casa funciona perfectamente y está completamente equipada, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía muy fácil y placentera. Recomiendo este hospedaje al 100% y sin duda volvería a quedarme aquí en futuras visitas a Cuba. ¡Gracias por todo!

The apartment is well-maintained, with large bedrooms and closets. The kitchen is adequate for preparing meals. The building is one of the few maintained buildings in the area. It is located in Vieja Habana, close to many tourist attractions. Yoel is a terrific host; he went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay. If you plan to stay in Vieja Habana, we highly recommend this Airbnb.

Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse. He disfrutado cada mañana los amaneceres desde el balcón del apartamento. El contacto con Alberto (el anfitrión) fue excelente. Las atenciones de la señora Lesvia: inigualables. Siempre atenta a cada detalle. Súper interesante tener bien cerca el café bar “Donde Albert” y otros pequeños negocios. Un espacio recomendado para quien desea descansar, y al mismo tiempo no estar muy lejos del centro de La Habana.

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

The place was just like the pictures and everything inside was very clean. The ac was always refreshing to return to after spending the day in the sun. The host was nice and was always there when needed.

We had such a great time in Cuba and it was largely due to our Airbnb. The apartment was clean and walking distance to many good restaurants. Our host Tony/Yoan were responsive and were available to navigate any outings we had an interest in. The moment we walked in we received a warm welcome from Deyanira! She was always attentive to our needs and offered wonderful recommendations. Her charisma has us already planning our next trip back. :)
