As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

Allison's house was amazing. It was bigger than it even looked in the pictures and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. It was very private and the pool was amazing. My daughter loved the waterfalls into the pool. The beaches and restuarants were right down the road and the main town Square was a very short drive away. Our hot water was not working 1 day and a maintenance person was there not long after to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families with a lot of activities and games throughout the property.

This is a really cute house up the hill from Pools/Sandy beach. It’s about a 5-7 min walk to the beach, but we drove so we wouldn’t have to lug around an umbrella. The house is clean and the bed is comfortable! Best of all, we had an island wide back out while we were there and you could barely tell. Solar power kept the lights/AC going (obviously we conserved while we were out of the house) and a cistern kept the water up. (We did have to buy drinking water for one day, but that’s easy). I’ve stayed in Puerto Rico many times with rolling blackouts and often the generator is so loud you can barely sleep- not here! You could barely hear it all. Christina was very communicative and helpful.

Super clean, great location (driving distance close to the beach, restaurants, and local spots, but still quiet enough to unwind) and Allison was on point (friendly, helpful, and quick to respond). Heads up: the main areas don’t have AC (yes, we read the reviews too), but honestly, the breeze and ceiling fans did their job. We didn’t fire up the appliances but the kitchen was well stocked, including a grill. Although we didn’t use them bonus points for beach chairs and other goodies. Would definitely stay again!

If you want the comfort of home and a peaceful surrounding with lots of wild life this place is for you . Nelsie was like the abuela I never had ! Great place for kids and to relax after a long day

We had a wonderful stay in Rincón! The property was exactly as described and even better in person. The amenities were top-notch—everything we needed was provided, making our trip super comfortable and convenient. The pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location couldn’t have been better—close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out seamless. We truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Rincón. We’d definitely stay again!

The house is exactly as advertised--clean, well appointed, with a great pool and even better view of the hills and ocean. Great place for a relaxing vacation, but still very close to town/restaurants/etc. The host is very proactive--provides clear instructions ahead of time and responded immediately with any questions (both before and during the stay). Great experience.

The place was beautiful. Such an amazing view and an escape from the city life in puerto rico. The pool was amazing with the view of the island. Our host was very helpful as well in getting to the place. I will be booking this property again when I come back for vacation.

Karen was completely amazing! responsive answered all our questions! place was well kept and accommodating for all of us! the billiards and dart and hammock were an extra bonus! Will definitely reserve and stay with her again! highly recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The quiet neighborhood and the private patio were great for relaxing. We saw quiet a bit of wildlife and got to meet the friendly neighborhood dogs. The place had everything you needed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a workplace and comfy living room. The place is only a 10 minutes drive to Rincon, plenty of restaurants around and close to all nearby beaches. The communication with Alex was great, she was always friendly and was able to answer all our questions.

My husband I enjoyed our stay at Sarah place very much. The bed was very comfortable and my husband had no stairs to walk up. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. The only small change would to have dark out curtains since is bright in bedroom. Overall we would recommend her place, close to bakery and casino beaches. Spacious second story apartment with ample balcony and outdoor play area. A few minute drive from lovely public beaches and downtown Mayagüez. Safe neighborhood a minute from the main highway. Lovely frogs sing in the evenings. Local roosters roust the neighborhood early. Hostess was very attentive. We were comfortable with fans, but AC is available.

Awesome Airbnb really felt comfortable in private. At a very quiet place where you cannot be bothered it’s just wonderful. Also, Mr. Pete was very communicative. And very hospitable. Recommend this Airbnb. And would definitely book again!

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.
