This was a last minute booking for one night. Olivier and Denis’ house and gardens are superb. Very clean and comfortable. An oasis of calm within walking distance of the town centre. Laval is a beautiful town with old medieval buildings, lots of restaurants and bars. I was in the blue room, which was first class standard with an en suite shower room. The breakfast provided was excellent. Homemade, healthy and tasty. Thank you Olivier and Denis for your first class hospitality, conversation and attention to detail.

Sylvie and Marie-Hélène are very nice hosts. Kind and caring, they welcome us in a clean and cozy environment. From the good homemade jam to breakfast, a remarkable view of the sandy countryside and the good humor of the hosts made this stay at the pond a great time.

Thank you to Ariane for hosting me and my family in their family, we feel good at their place, they are very welcoming and caring. The house has been redone and the bedroom. Three days stay for me. Very nice countryside around. the farm is peaceful and the exteriors are clean and bucolic. The bedroom and bathroom are pristine and the decor is tasteful. I'll be back! For my part, it's just missing a small microwave and a kettle. Too many dishes and handling to do in the kitchen area when you want to disconnect, but it was a detail that only engages me. Thanks to Anne and her husband for their hospitality. ps: the chicken and jam was delicious! (organic farm, you have to enjoy it)

what a little piece of heaven! Thérèse is of an undeniable kindness and the room is warm and neat. The hearty breakfast in the garden was divine i recommend it.

We broke our journey from Carnac to Cherbourg at Villechien and found it the ideal place to relax & unwind. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we felt right at home. They were very helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was a very good size and we loved the decor and all the little details.

It was wonderful to be able to stay here after a long trip. The room is neat and it is nice that there are also toys for children. The communication with Rachel was very pleasant: she is friendly and flexible, and she responds quickly and adequately. It was nice that she also spoke English.
