Well placed...especially if you like going out

I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think that in summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace do a lot of good! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So very good stay, thank you!

Jean Baptiste is really a great hotel that listens to my requests. The apartment is brand new and tastefully renovated in the middle of a peaceful haven surrounded by meadows where horses frolic. A bakery and convenience store are nearby in the neighboring village.

Ideal location for our stay, house in excellent condition, tastefully renovated,matches the photos, a cooconing impression! Self check-in with lockbox . Quiet house despite the proximity to the road, well insulated, excellent heating. Many shops are within walking distance. Fully enclosed outdoor space, friendly on sunny days! I recommend this rental without hesitation!

Great stay in this beautiful house, very well thought out with each room having its own bathroom, very nicely decorated, and the bedding is very comfortable. Very good stay at Julie and Alwyn's. They were very available and attentive to our needs while remaining very discreet. The cottage is very functional, clean, well-equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The location is very relaxing with a very nice environment. Our daughters loved feeding the sheep. We were able to enjoy the outdoors for an aperitif. Great!

Clean accommodation near the greenway via Mont Saint Michel Large garage for bikes and all the equipment is very convenient and nice exterior to rest

We loved this place! We wish we had been able to stay longer! The property conversion is fantastic and the result of some incredible work. The host was very welcoming and even left us with some fresh bread, butter and jam! We loved the location. Very private but with the host nearby in case we needed anything. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome also. The place cosy, we even got to watch some English TV! We will be back and next time we will stay longer!

A beautiful house to spend great times with family. We enjoyed the volumes and the rooms, which are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is perfect when we cook meals as a family. The hosts are very kind. The garden is very nice and our daughters loved visiting the chickens, the horse and the pony.

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc
