L'HIRONDELLE Normandy/Loire Barn

Our Barn was fully renovated in 2020/21 offering 2x 60m2 Gites each on two levels. L’HIRONDELLE and LA HUPPE. We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

Our 200-year old cottage with beautiful exposed granite stone walls provide a rustic environment in the countryside to help you disconnect from the city but maintaining every comfort to feel at home including high speed wifi. The cottage has a private pool, fully equipped indoor and outdoor gyms for functional fitness, nordic hot tub, barbecue, pizza oven, games room, fruit trees, and plenty of land to enjoy the outdoors. All amenities are included and are not shared with anyone else.

Accommodation labeled Gite de France in the heart of the Mancelles Alps, renovated and decorated in a rural spirit, at the foot of the hiking trails, natural activities offered in the village, various cultural outings (museums, chapels, exhibitions, protected parks and classified village) of catering shops. Cottage in our garden.

In a bucolic setting, come and have a pleasant stay in our cottage. Close to the Tourbières and the footpath, you can ride a bike or walk. 1 hour from Rennes, Granville and St Malo, 36 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 19 minutes from Fougères. You can visit the medieval castle of Fougères, the Botanical Park of Upper Brittany at Le Chatellier. Golf, tree climbing, swimming nearby You will find producers of local products in the surrounding villages.

Farm cottage

Come and get some fresh air in the countryside in a safe playful place, ideal for your children. Family in Mayenne or simply the desire to breathe, or visit our area. Located next to our farm, a pretty little cottage of 30 m2 furnished surrounded by animals and games for children. During your stay we will be happy to share the life of our farm (care for the little calves pick up the cows for milking, return in the evening the 8600 chickens rented).

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Relaxing and totally at one with nature

The moulin cottage is situated on the river in a stunning peaceful setting.. It has its own private garden where you can fish or just relax.. There is an outdoor and indoor pool in craon.. There are walks and bridle paths and we also have a lot of cyclists stay here. We supply either an English or French breakfast for €8 per person. Evening meals are also available on request...

The building is renovated to accommodate guests from all backgrounds who want to rest in peace. It is attached to our farmhouse while being independent. An old railway track (greenway) is accessible directly from the exit of the property, so you can walk, bike, scooter...
