This was our first official “Bestie Trip,” and this place was perfect! The house has cozy 1950s charm with thoughtful updates, and it’s nestled right in the middle of a beautiful wooded area that’s absolutely teeming with life. You could get lost out there—literally and figuratively. We especially loved starting our mornings on the little platform tucked away on the hill out back—an ideal spot to sip your preferred morning beverage, medicate, and soak in the view with nothing but peace, quiet, and the sound of birds doing their thing. The spa tub quickly became our go-to for unwinding—and honestly, where we spent most of our time. But there’s no shortage of things to do! We threw some axes, played board games, roasted hot dogs and s’mores, and even explored the cutest little cave right at the entrance of the property. Our recent stay at the Creekside cabin was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality. Gwen and Grace are truly outstanding hosts who have created a peaceful retreat that reflects care, intention, and attention to detail in every aspect. The cabin itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, cozy, and tastefully decorated to feel both luxurious and homey. The powerful bullfrog spa was a highlight of our evenings, offering a deeply relaxing experience under the stars, surrounded by the serene sounds of nature. (A Must Try) Amazing thanks to the fresh, delicious coffee, homemade cinnamon rolls, and eggs collected from their own chickens!!! an incredible personal touch that added to the charm of the stay. You can tell this family goes above and beyond to provide more than just a place to sleep, they create an experience that nourishes your body and soul. Thank you & may God Bless this great family.

The Rovena is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! The property and surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We loved the views of the lake and many amenities provided to us. Selena was a wonderful and helpful host, even going as far as providing us with additional firewood after we ran out. I would definitely stay here again in the future! 🤩

My girlfriend and I took the opportunity to stay at this charming modern cabin for the weekend. The cabin was just as advertised, had lots of thoughtful amenities, was clean, and was surrounded by a peaceful lake landscape. We would recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy an inviting, comfortable little spot with great access to Grand Lake.

Wonderful little cozy cabin right next to the creek! Was a fantastic place for my fiancé and I to unwind and relax!! We will definitely be returning with the family soon! Absolutely love the fairie fire colors!!

the 'Wander In' Cabin beat my Hubby and I expectations. it was absolutely charming and beautiful. The host left us cookies, farm fresh eggs, and homemade bread. She made the experience perfect. The Cabins location was perfect. The views were beautiful, peaceful and you could view the gorgeous stars in the Oklahoma sky at night. 10 outta 10 definitely recommend this Cabin

Beautiful cabin away from city life! Exactly what was described and pictured. We enjoyed every second of this place. The hot tub was the perfect touch!

Such a great spot! The cabin is so fun and absolutely charming as it is updated and fresh while feeling remote at the same time! Views of trees out every window, incredibly well used space planning and cozy furnishings made our stay so comfortable! This was a wonderful experience. The amenities were plentiful and easy to access. The hosts were very attentive . The kitchen well stocked and I was able to actually cook. It was cozy and felt like home ! I loved the view and the huge deck. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable in the bedroom. Plenty of comfy comforters. Lots of sitting in the living room. The bunk bed room was equally comfortable. We very comfortably slept five people . The refrigerator was the perfect size. We would definitely stay there again. The steps up to the cabin ,adds to the seclusion and is great exercise. It was beautiful and my husband caught a huge catfish while fishing from his boat which added to the magic of the weekend on the lake ! Great job we will be back.

My buddy and I rented this cabin while we were fishing in a bass tournament at Grand Lake. This place had everything we needed and more and the parking was excellent for boat storage/covering during the storms. Place is conveniently located, close to several boat ramps and plenty of things to do when we were off the lake as well. Great restaurants and shopping in the area as well, that our wives thoroughly enjoyed. Will return and would highly recommend.

Peaceful retreat. The indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for a lake weekend - we enjoyed the quiet views from the back deck and the ease of use of the boat ramp and dock. Added bonus special space for our dog!

The pictures don’t do justice! This little place is absolutely perfect. Shay was extremely responsive and patient with me and my requests. I was here for only a short time, but if I am in the area again, this will be my first attempt for a place to stay! Loved everything about it!!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It is such a beautiful and peacefulI place! It was spotless but still so homey. Kathy thought of everything you might want or need and the little touches like eye masks and shower loofahs showed how much she cares about her guests! We will definitely be going back to visit this wonderful spot!

I have stayed several times and every time is just as great as the first time! Hosts are top notch! Space is beautiful and we love staying here every year. Feel right at home! I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience here!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as perfect as the first. Great house with a great view. It was a wonderful fit for 2 couples and we each had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. We will be booking again next for our annual visit.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot! 💜 I enjoyed the privacy of the valley this home is nestled in. There were neighbors, but it still felt private.

We’ve stayed in our fair share of vacation rentals. Sparky’s on Lake Hudson is something special. It was our second stay!  Sparkey’s Hide-a-way is equal parts rustic charm and modern comfort. It’s newly remodeled and it shows—every board, beam, and detail feels deliberate, like someone actually cared (Sparky, we assume). The vibe is “cozy cabin meets HGTV,” and frankly, it works. Inside, the living space is warm and inviting without being cluttered or overly “themed.” just solid furniture, beautiful finishes, and a layout that makes sense. The kitchen is not just functional but fun to cook in. Everything is clean, modern and well stocked. The bedrooms are just right- comfortable beds with clean, fresh linens that made it way too easy to sleep in. The bathrooms were spotless with great water pressure. Brent the host was helpful, responsive and friendly. He’s clearly someone who takes pride in this place and it shows in every corner of the house. In short: it’s perfect! Book it!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful place. My kids loved the paddle boat and kayak. This place is so beautiful and a short walk to the dock for swimming , everything was perfect. Morning were cool under the shade of all the trees and lots of wildlife to watch in the mornings. We would definitely come back.

Stunning lake views with gorgeous sunsets. Easy access from Tulsa and close to downtown Salina and restaurants. Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and great views onto the lake.

Everything was perfect, Charles was an amazing host. Had everything we needed inside the house, simple instructions for everything. Charles checked in with us and made sure everything was good with our stay and willing to help in any way he could had the need arose. We actually went Black Friday shopping in Tulsa and was running way too late to make it back in time for check out, he let us have another night no problem, we couldn’t of asked for anything better.

The Cardinal Cabin is where rustic charm meets modern comforts. The cabin was spotless and comfortably furnished, including a well-appointed kitchen. Everything we needed for an enjoyable, stress-free stay was provided. The abundance of birds serenade the morning while the crickets and frogs welcome the evening. A beautiful mother fox and her kits frolicking around the property provided some fun wildlife watching. There are neighbors close by; however, everyone was friendly and respected the sanctity of the peaceful area. Brittany is a wonderful host who provided a wealth of information on the ins-and-outs of the property, things to do in the area and dining options. She made sure we felt right at home. We will definitely stay at Cardinal Cabin in the future!

The house was larger than I thought from the photos. It looked great and we enjoyed staying. Would definitely suggest this if you will be staying in the area.

Our family of 5 has 3 small kids under 7. We wanted to get out of the city for a peaceful spring break. The cabin and property were exactly what we needed. We sat around the fire pit, fished the pond, and hiked the property. The cabin is rustic but has all the amenities like TVs with streaming services, WiFi, etc. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. We had a blast! Would definitely recommend
