Monthly Rentals in Mayo Beach

The cottage was perfect for our relaxing getaway. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, a short walk to a small beach, and close to nature walks, restaurants, and shopping by car. Catherine's communication was quick and thorough. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, cozy, and well stocked. Highly recommend!

Great space, great location. The 3rd bedroom, technically the primary because it has a private full bath, is outside and around the building; it cannot be reached from the main space. For 3 couples, this was no problem, but families with children will want to take note. The beach is across the parking lot—very close. The deck overlooks a wooded bog, very nice. Kitchen was fine, laundry fine, lounging area great. The dining table seats 4, could squeeze 5 but would be difficult for 6. The Bookstore Restaurant was an easy half mile walk, with the Pearl, Mac's and the marina just beyond. We'd stay here again.

We loved our stay in Frances’ cozy and lovely apartment. Everything is walkable in this sweet downtown location but it felt quiet and private at the same time. The deck is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee. Storage and efficiency is excellent in the kitchen and bathroom. Space, light and breezes were plentiful.

We wanted to stay in Wellfleet, which is a beautiful town with galleries filled with talented and friendly people and a short drive to Provincetown. But what made the trip was staying at Charles’s place. It is so very special, and it was hard to leave. We are grateful to have stayed in a home whose family cherishes what they have. The views were good for the soul. So so special. Thank you Charles for all of your suggestions and conversation. It was nice to meet you!
