While the curb appeal of Josh’s home is modest, the apartment itself is fabulous! Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, new furniture and pleasantly decorated. Josh clearly put a lot of thought into what a renter might need and supplies it in the apartment. He thought of everything. A great experience renting this Airbnb.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Place is clean and cozy, the deck and the fire pit area are great to sit back and enjoy the views of the creek and many ducks and birds! Everything was as described, and we had everything needed for our overnight stay in the area. Would return in the future!

Had a nice 2 night stay with my family. Plenty of room. Clean and comfortable. We felt it was very quiet even though it is located on a city street. Johnathan was an excellent host and responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

Jean is very responsive and thoroughly answered our questions. The apartment is as listed. Peaceful area. Mayville is a great central location if you want to explore both the wineries near Lake Erie and any activities on or along Lake Chautauqua.

We absolutely loved Dorothy’s home! Instantly felt at ease in this well appointed and centrally located 2 bed, 1 bath home. Comfortable and convenient, my husband and I remarked several times how much we loved the place. Dorothy & team were very responsive and very accommodating . Overall a fantastic experience, we will be back!

House is very cute. Close to shops and restaurants. The set up worked very well for us with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. Very neat house. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay there in the future.

Definitely the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in! Clear instructions provided prior to arrival and throughout the home. The location was perfect for walking to town and exploring the shops and restaurants. Convenient driving distance to wineries and the Lucy-Desi Museum and National Comedy Center. Kris was very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was safe and friendly!

We enjoyed this beautiful home. We were in the area for a funeral and it was so nice to come back and unwind at John's home. Especially liked the covered porches. The location was nice, close to town but the neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful, super clean, relaxing, beautiful space. This property is topnotch. The interior is not only beautiful, but it was extremely clean and easy to settle into. We found it to be a peaceful and pleasant refuge after long days. The AC worked very well on very hot days. The covered side porch is a lovely place to sit and have coffee. The landscaping is delightful. There is off street parking for two vehicles. It was a really nice home away from home. We will be back!

Top notch home but still with an outdoors cabin feel! Nestled on a large property with a spacious pond stocked with the friendliest fish I’ve ever seen ha ha! They would nibble on our hands and follow us around in the paddle boat/inner tubes; so cute! We needed this spot in between our commute into Canada for our family vacation — it was well worth the drive, tremendously underpriced, and, will keep it on our list of top destinations in New York — if you are reading this and need a reason to book — here it is: You won’t regret it!

Pro's: One of the cleanliest Airbnb's we've stayed at, would stay here again. Close to the village, lots of restaurant's, and ice cream! My niece's wedding was at the church ten minuses to the village. Perfect location. Shockingly perfect weather for the wedding. Accommodated six of us easily! The two full bathrooms was perfect. There is a cute Deli on the bottom floor, delicious. Made suggestions to move fans over the beds and to put one in family room. Con: The Deli gets started pretty earlier like 6 am, and we were woken up by all the noise.

Melissa and Matt were the perfect hosts. Very clear and detailed instructions provided well in advance of stay and they were immediately responsive and helpful with any questions. Their condo was clean and as described. Much more updated and modern compared to the rustic and historical comparable offerings around. Great amenities. The central location is unmatched. My husband, adult children and I stayed for a weekend wedding event and I can’t imagine a better spot. Walkable. Effortless. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.
