Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Various hiking and cycling trails nearby ("La Loire à vélo" goes nearby our house), as well as vineyards and castles to visit. Performing wifi.

We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
