We invite you to a comfortable year-round cottage located on Lake Wadąg, in a closed settlement in Szyprach. The lake is covered by a zone of silence. A place friendly for anglers and mushroom pickers. Cottage with an area of 102 m2 in terraced houses (4 cottages). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace and a terrace and garden. The beach with a platform for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the settlement and guests is located at a distance of approx. 90 m from the door of the cottage.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.
