This was a lovely home to stay in. The home was just as described. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Communication was great! William and Tracy were very accommodating. As a family we made wonderful memories with our Waco family. We had a lovely time but it went by too fast.this is definitely a great home to stay in, very relaxing, and the pool was extra special.

This home was exactly as described, and as the photos indicated. We were a group of 8, including 2 little ones; having 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was ideal. The kitchen area opened to the pool area with a view of the lake. Very peaceful. Neighbors were nearby, but not noticed. The couple questions we had were addressed right away. We had a chef come in and make dinner one night, which was awesome. We took a trip to Fossil Rim, which everyone enjoyed. Spent most of the rest of the time in the pool. A great weekend.

This was exactly what we needed to accommodate several family members. It was the perfect setting for a family get together. The passes to the nearby pool was a great bonus!

We wanted a place out in the country to stay in while seeing the sites of Waco with our family. Even though it was a 20-ish minute drive to Waco, it was very easy to get back and forth. There were 11 of us...6 adults and 5 children. The grandchildren ages 5-12 LOVED the pool with the waterfall and hot tub. The bunk room and game room were fun for them also. This accommodation was perfect for this part of our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family!

The home was beautiful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool provided a relaxing environment to end the day. Definitely would return to this property again!

The house is so beautiful and a perfect getaway from the city life. The house is very authentic and has so much of history and culture in it. Absolutely loved the place and the backyard too! Would definitely visit again.

Loved Gloria Manor so much!! Everything was just like the pictures and well taken care of. Furniture inside and out, and beds and pillows were comfortable. Great shade over the pool mid-morning, and our evenings in the backyard having dinner and sitting around the fire pit were sweet. All things Magnolia are within walking distance. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to go back!!

House was comfortable, we enjoyed the cowboy pool/hot tub. Location was great close to everything we wanted to do.

We needed a home base for our daughter's graduation from Baylor and this home fit the bill. Was a comfortable space to relax each day and close to everything. Thanks again for being part of this family celebration.

Such a gracious host and communicated clearly and promptly. The fridge had to be replaced the day of check-in and she let me know several days ago and checked in every day until it was installed. We were not even inconvenienced but Kimberlee gave us a 50 dollar credit because it was not installed prior to our stay. Home was beautiful, and we had the best time ever!

What a great stay at the Baby Blue Cottage!! VERY responsive hosts!! Everything as advertised/pictured!! We stayed for my daughter’s Baylor graduation, but would love to stay again just because :-)

Property was just as pictured, so lovely. Tracy saw to all our needs and was so friendly. Only thing that would have made the stay perfect was an outdoor grill. This place screams "outdoor living" even in the hot Texas summer.

Karen's place was the perfect fit for us during our rental house fiasco with electrical issues. Karen was able to accommodate us very quickly and was so great at coordinating our stay being that we had no clue when our home was going to be ready for us to get back into. The home was absolutely beautiful—even more impressive than the listing described. It was thoughtfully stocked with so many extra touches that made our stay especially comfortable, including shampoo, body wash, lotion, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine with glasses waiting on the counter. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail.

This is the best AirBnb I have ever booked. I loved that the kitchen is new and clean, equipped with dishwasher, sharp knives, and rice cookers. The location is quiet and very close to where I need to go.

The backyard area is lovely, and the home was very inviting. For a group event, it was exactly what we needed. My only complaint would be the lack of adjustable water pressure in the master bathroom's shower, and the inability to cap the master bathroom tub to use it for baths.

Hayley’s home was lovely and welcoming. The floor plan was ideal for a multi-generational gathering. The living room was a cozy and eclectic place to converse while the recreation room offered pool, darts, television, a table that was perfect for games and plenty of seating. I was a fan of the rocking chairs. Floor to ceiling windows were great for enjoying the sunsets and watching the kids enjoy the backyard. This home exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely 5 nights. We travelled to Waco for my granddaughter’s graduation ceremony at Baylor University. The other grandparents came to “our” place for visits, as their hotels couldn’t compare to the comfortable atmosphere of this great home. Loved it. 💚🐻💛👩‍🎓

Fantastic house, recently build, squeaky clean and in immaculate condition. Located right across from the River Walk park. Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

It was all the little touches for me. Of course someone forgot their toothbrush, well,she had us covered. From the tissues at hand to spices,trash bags,pot and pan and many many more. she had us covered.
