HOST/ CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Instructions were clear. Rosanna gave us a little extra time to set up for a birthday party, and even left a gift for my 80-year-old mom with a card. The host is the sweetest! LOCATION: In the Baylor Bubble and walkable to campus. Keep in mind that you are somewhat on the unofficial Greek row here… so one night was pretty loud because we came for Sing and the kids were having fun (happy sounds, nothing crazy). The second night was totally quiet. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware. However, 11th St. is such a fun street with a lot of life, and it’s very safe. Easy to get everywhere from here. THE HOME: Upstairs unit. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living room couch is so comfortable! Everything is VERY clean, but the carpet needs an update. Could also use more fresh “extras” in the kitchen & laundry. We had to buy detergent, hangers (only 3 there), and spices. OVERALL: We enjoyed our time and will be back! Rosanna is a great host!

We enjoyed our stay and being so close to the Silos and other fun Waco things to do. It was nice being in the city and sightseeing

Eric is super nice, easy to deal with. Just a normal guy not some company just making money and not caring about guests. Would recommend and definitely going to look for Eric’s places for rent around the area when I’m here. 10/10

Great place to stay. The place was very clean and spacious. My family and I had a great time. Went for daughter’s college graduation. Great location. Good access to freeway close to downtown and university. Would stay again. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a week while working on a project in Waco, and it was perfect. The place was cute, peaceful, and spotless—just what we needed after long workdays. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope it's always available whenever we travel to Waco!

Good place to stay outside of Waco but close to everything. Quiet and easy to get to.

Had a very last minute accommodation and it was accepted! Stayed with no issues and it was a great nights sleep after a long haul of driving. I usually sleep in my van but I needed a break and it was very well worth it

We had a great time. Quiet neighborhood. Maggie is a great host and commutative . I would recommend having a long mirror in 1 of the bedrooms.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay -- Alexandra was great and our stay was extremely private and relaxing and allowed me to focus on my horse show competition at the Extraco Events Center (5 minutes away). The location was amazing and we couldn't believe it when we arrived to a quiet established neighborhood surrounded by trees. It was lovely to look out from the kitchen/dining/living room at the large backyard (our little dogs loved it!) and watch/listen to birds in the evening. The kitchen was large and well provisioned, the patio just lovely, and the living room was super comfortable. The bedrooms/baths were also spacious, private and quiet -- we slept very well (very important to us). Overall it was a wonderful experience and we plan on booking this location again in the future.

We absolutely fell in love with Simone’s property. It was just as described, very beautiful, extremely clean and well kept. It was like our home away from home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you Simone for your amazing hospitality!

We were in town visiting my son before his deployment overseas. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. Coffee pods being available was a nice touch, too. The location is great, with several restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the condo! The instructions to get in were very clear and the condo was even cooler in person than the pictures. I was staying with 2 girlfriends for a girls getaway and the location was perfect! Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance g distance. Then we could come back in the evening and relax. We’d love to stay again!

This downtown Waco loft was even better than described! It was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Having assigned parking was a huge bonus and made everything so convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Waco!

Wonderful place to stay in downtown Waco. So close to everything and very comfortable and well decorated apartment. We will definitely be back to the next time we visit!

This is a great place to stay in Waco! It’s right next to the Dr Pepper museum and there’s lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has beautiful furnishings and the beds were very comfy. And, most importantly, the AC worked really well and even the upstairs area was plenty cool! Thanks so much for making our stay easy and comfortable!! 😸

We loved our stay. It's a five minute walk to Magnolia, super close to restaurants and a cute bookstore, and peaceful at night. Our last night there, we sat in their camp chairs on the deck (it's small) and ate dinner, talking until midnight. We did have an unexpected, tiny issue and the host quickly responded. Problem solved. We'd go back tomorrow if we could.

Jan was so easy to get ahold of and she goes above and beyond to guide you in off of the interstate making it a stress free drive. The home was clean and cozy and smelled amazing. She reached out and predicted any question that could have arose and provided answers before you thought of the questions. Had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone. Just a wonderful stay!

What a great few days! Loft was just as described! Also, thank you for all the recommendations…We made our itinerary from them and had the best time!
