We loved This house! It was the perfect spot on the lake, and the covered boat dock was great! It even had a swing to sit and relax in while the kids enjoyed kayaking and trying to paddle board which gave us lots of laughs 😊 The host supplied the home with so many complimentary items if you forget anything no worries she has it available for you, such a nice change from most of the homes we rent while on vacation! The driveway is perfect especially if pulling a boat or even if you want to take daily walks as I did. The beds are always a big deal for us as we want clean and comfortable and this house had both, they was so comfortable and clean and fresh!! You can truly tell that the host cares about her renters and making their stay amazing!! I could go on and on about this home but unfortunately there is not enough room for me to type all that i need to ..lol...Thank you again Debbie for allowing us to stay in your home, as we truly loved your place and had a wonderful time!

This place has the wow factor - stunning location and views, great outdoor area, very homely and well provided interior, cant fault it, it was everything we hoped for, didnt want to leave! Angela was a pleasure in online communication and in person, thank you.

Best part of our trip was coming back to the Happy House. it was so comfortable for us and our 2 dogs!

Awesome to be able to find a place that takes dogs. The white noise machin was great for when the pups needed a little distraction from a new place.

I loved this cute little house. I love the charm of older houses. I liked that there were a washer and dryer available to use. We were in town for a horse show, so we got quite sweaty and dirty. I had a potential problem with the master shower and the host responded to my question right away. There was no problem, it was user (child) error, but if there was she said she would get a plumber out right away. The house is an older house, as I said, so the layout is a little interesting. The refrigerator is in like a mud room and one of the kitchen shelves comes out kind of far into the walkway. If you aren’t careful, you can easily run into it. Also, the bathroom sink drains don’t have any type of cover. So it is quite easy for things to fall into them, only to be rescued it you take the pipe off. It was a great trip and the host and house was wonderful.

Visited the area for a fishing trip to Chickamauga. Richard's place is the ideal place to stay if you are pulling a boat . He has plenty of parking space and outside power for battery charging. The location is out in the country and I felt very secure about all my fishing equipment . Richard is a super nice guy with plenty of local knowledge that he is willing to share with you. Richard checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything and also gave us an invite to his house , because of a big storm moving through the area. Like i said super nice guy.

I was in town for a wedding and this Airbnb was in the perfect location. The place was super clean and had all the essentials and really great water pressure. It was close to the expressway too which was convenient. I would love to stay again if back in the area!

We didn’t get to use the backyard because we only stayed one night but it would be awesome if you were traveling with dogs (which I usually am,just not this time).

Our family Thanksgiving vacation was enhanced by this attractive, spotlessly clean, convenient location on the banks of Lake Hiwassee. The outdoor fire pit was a real plus to our son and grandson as was the lovely living area where we sat after our Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Nathaniel's place was absolutely amazing. Me and my crew were very pleased with the space and amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. If the opportunity ever presents itself again, we'll definitely be back!

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

Great place! It’s in a wonderful campground. I’ve been to many over the years and the staff here is above and beyond wonderful! Place was nice & clean. Perfect for a little getaway. The sites and views of the lake are beautiful! While here, make sure you hit the cantina!

Susan's place was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It was extremely pet friendly and really appreciated all the special touches. Will definitely book again when were in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront home. The house was comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The house is right next to the lake with a large backyard that is great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The fire pit and picnic table also make a perfect spot roasting some hot dogs and watching the water, and if the weather is bad, the screened-in porch attached the kitchen lets you enjoy the sounds of the rain and birds in comfort. We also saw tons of fireflies in the evening, much to the delight of our daughter. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend the home for anyone looking for a serene vacation by the lake.

Top to bottom, Ken and Julie are wonderful hosts and their camper is darling, comfortable, squeaky clean, and so welcoming. They were flexible, communicative, welcomed me, my elderly mother, and my pup. They were as available as we needed without imposing. The house is set back off the road, very quiet and private, and at night we saw deer, fireflies, and there was great stargazing around the firepit. No one would ever known they are new to the AirBnb game - they are natural hosts and I look forward to next time.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The hosts were so nice and made us feel like family, yet they gave us privacy to relax & enjoy the amenities. The 2 bedroom guesthouse was perfect for our family of 3, and we loved having access to the pool, hot tub, and spacious front yard. We also found lots of good places to eat (Gondolier Pizza, Pepo’s Burritos, Big Daddy’s BBQ, Dairy Barn, Maddi Mas, etc.) and had fun visiting the lakes & mountains in the surrounding area. We had such a nice weekend and we will be back for sure!

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! There was plenty of room for all of us. Adam’s place had plenty of games, ping pong, fishing equipment, and even inflatable kayaks to take to the nearby lake. Our only complaint was a small ant/bug problem, but spray was provided and these are hard to avoid living so close to the lake. Thanks for the great stay Adam!

Some friends and I chose this house for a long weekend softball tournament in the area. It was a beautiful house and the hosts were fantastic. They have put a lot of work into their place and we certainly enjoyed it and could have easily stayed longer! The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate! The kitchen was completely spotless with new appliances! Super clean and comfortable! Kristi was very responsive to every message and request, including an unexpected power outage in the area. Completely out of her control but she reported it to the power company right away and did all she could to help us. The entire property was perfect for us with plenty of room, toys and amenities! We really enjoyed staying here and we think you will too! If we're ever back in this area, we're coming straight HERE! Thank you for a fantastic weekend! 5+ stars all the way around!

We found ourselves in need of very last minute accommodations for us and our 2 dogs. Dylan had this place ready for us about an hour after booking. The place was very clean and stylishly decorated. We carry two large kennels for our pups but having one available was very appreciated. We make lots of trips to the area and if we find any others leading to overnight stays, we would gladly stay here again.
