Enjoy this mid-century modern guest house in a spectacular site, with a lake view, waterfall, and forest all in one place. The house was just fully renovated. This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. The location is super close to everything Ithaca has to offer—Ithaca falls, downtown, restaurants, the farmer's market, wineries, all within a few minutes drive of your rental. This unit is fully private, with no shared areas/entrance with the other unit.

Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

House on the Hill

A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Forest Glamping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in a large canvas bell tent with a real, full size bed. Tucked into the woods, just a short distance from Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail. The shared modern bath house is a short walk from the site with running potable water and a shower. The property is off grid (no electricity) which means excellent star gazing! Linens are provided. Artists' Paradise: Waterburg Chapel

Retreat to the country in this beautifully restored 19th c. Greek Revival church located in the quaint hamlet of Waterburg, a 5-minute drive from the Village of Trumansburg and a 12-minute drive to Ithaca in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. I prefer a 3 night stay but on certain dates could do 2 nights - never hurts to ask! Subletting the church from November 1, 2025 to May 1, 2026, any or all of this time.$1350 per month. message me for details.
