Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Medellín

Todo perfecto, el depa es tal cual se muestra en la publicacion, la anfitriona muy atenta, incluso me ayudo a recibir unos paquetes en su casa, se descompuso el flotador del escusado y la anfitriona soluciono el problema de inmediato, siempre atenta a cualquier cosa, y muy amable y linda, el barrio muy tranquilo con varios restaurantes. Esta sobre la calle y dado que en lugar de puerta se entra por una gran ventana con reja no hay aislamiento del sonido, se escuchan los ruidos de la gente en la calle, y la gente de afuera puede escuchar lo que haces adentro del cuarto. Si este pequeno detalle no te incomoda es un lugar perfecto para descansar despues de un dia largo de explorar Medellin, muy agradecido.

Es una ubicación cómoda y un entorno tranquilo. El apartamento muy bonito, es un poco más grande de lo que impresiona en las fotos, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, inclusive dos ventiladores (buenos), estoy muy conforme con el servicio, un plus que dejan Snacks y café de cortesía, todo muy bien.

Muy buena estadía en Medellín, el alojamiento cumplió con todas las expectativas. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y está bien ubicado, ideal para moverse por la ciudad, tiene conexión directa con el sistema de metro y está muy cerca del centro histórico. Por otra parte, la comunicación con Leandra fue clara y rápida en todo momento, lo cual facilitó mucho la llegada y la estancia. En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Recomendado.

I am a single male traveler and Daniel's location couldn't be better. The street itself is very quiet although Calle 70 with its nightlife, restaurants and bars is only 2 blocks away. It's also close to the Unicentro Mall which contains a large supermarket and nice large gym. El Poblado's hotspots are a short inexpensive Uber ride away. The neighborhood is safe and the building is secure.

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

Este apartamento ubicado en Guayabal, a pocos minutos del Poblado, es un gran lugar dentro de un conjunto residencial seguro y con excelente ubicación, llegar es facilísimo, ya sea en Uber, transporte público o incluso metro. Tiene ingreso con tarjeta al apartamento y acceso a la casa con reconocimiento facial, el lugar es espectacular: jacuzzi privado, X-Box, Alexa, un televisor enorme y una cocina totalmente equipada que invita a quedarse. El asador de gas es ideal para una noche de parrillada, pero si prefieres salir, los restaurantes cercanos ofrecen sabores que conquistan. ¿Lo mejor? Una malla tipo catamarán donde puedes recostarte a ver la ciudad iluminada por la noche, ¡una experiencia mágica! Además, el conjunto cuenta con un corresponsal bancario que facilita cualquier diligencia, y Juan, el anfitrión, fue increíble: atento, amable y siempre disponible, haciendo que todo fluyera, de mi parte recomendado 👌🏽

Un lugar excelente para alojarse – lo recomiendo mucho! El apartamento de Yony me ha impresionado mucho. Es funcional, cómodo y mantiene una limpieza impecable. La zona es segura, lo que permite relajarse por completo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue sin problemas: Yony siempre respondió rápido y estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. El ambiente del apartamento hizo que me sintiera como en casa y con mucho gusto volveré en una próxima visita. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a todos!

Great place in Aranjuez neighborhood area. 15 minute walk to metro, if noise bothers you bring ear plugs to sleep, road is busy at night. Yefer is very friendly and always responds to any questions. The place is just like the photos and perfect for the 5 people we had staying there. Could definitely fit a few more people up to 8 like the description says.

Disfruté mucho la estadía en el Airbnb de Fernanda, era más de lo que esperábamos . Es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro . El jacuzzi es un plus

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

A spacy apartment in the normal residential area. safe, quiet and inexpensive place for long stay and short visit. Edwin is nice and hospitable as well as his family living in the same building. if you are a person who doesn't like to walk around hills all the time, maybe the area will be a challenging for you to walk around, but it is Medellin, kinda hard to find completely flat areas anyway.

The apartment was beautiful, and it is difficult to find one with both a washer and dryer in Medellín. It is a rare gem! The apartment offers a stunning view, allowing you to see the skyline from central Medellín to Estadio, spanning 180 degrees. The interior is beautifully designed and very clean. I appreciate that several fans were provided, as it gets hot for a few hours during the day but cools down at night. I recommend keeping a window open during the day to allow fresh air to circulate and keep the apartment cool. It is within walking distance of the Metro and the D1 grocery store. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

Loved the place. Great amenities and easy access to food, shopping, and nightlife. Shoutout to the team as well, everyone is great and extremely helpful for whatever you need!

Apartamento bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la 70 Diana es siempre receptiva y amable Agua caliente, cocina con todo lo necesario, servicio de limpieza. Lo recomiendo !

The place was great and as advertised! Very clean and great location.

The location of this unit cannot be beat, and the terrace is delightful. A caution to anyone 6'3" or taller that the bed is a bit small for someone who is really tall.
