Holiday rentals with a patio in Medellin

Apartment was great and exactly as described. Very close to El Polado and within distance to other areas.

Vanessa’s apartment was just perfect for our stay in Colombia to visit our son and his fiancée. Our plane was repeatedly delayed because of storms and they allowed easy check-in, even from our son. Security at the apartment was unparalleled! We felt so safe there. Uber was easy and quick to respond, even with the short distance to Provenza. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with gorgeous views of Medellin, with 2 wide balconies, and 2 additional Juliet balconies from the 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay-washer/dryer, 3 smart tv’s and plenty of light in the apartment. The outside balcony tub and pool were a plus. Most of all, the communication with my host was rapid and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Ryan’s place is so close to everything you need! Shops, restaurants, and much more. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Dynamic and vibrant neighborhood. Apartment with a splendid view of the mountains. Beautiful large patio doors that open the space to the balcony. Beautiful contemporary bathrooms. Well-equipped. Air conditioning in the rooms. Access to the roof terrace which offers an incredible panoramic view of the mountains. Very clean place.

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. I would've paid double per night to stay at this penthouse again. The view is spectacular. I don't know any other listing on Airbnb where you feel like you are on top of the world in Medellin. Christian is a number one host, any special request he had no issue with the fulfilling. I already plan to book again next month 10/10.. not one negative thing to say about my experience at this house.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

Great apartment, a little far from the center, but it's got everything.

We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. a 5-star stay!! Jorge Luis was very kind and was very attentive to what I needed. The apartment is very well located, it is very close to the town's subway station. Its location is perfect and it has everything you need! Air conditioning in case you want to sleep with the window closed, because it really is very cool. a good workspace and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked the style of the apartment a lot!!
