Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. De Cat & Breakfast is de plek voor mensen die er even uit willen en gek zijn op katten. Via een (afsluitbaar) luikje kunnen onze katten Dix, Ted en Moby je opzoeken. Daarnaast kun je er katvriendelijke inspiratie opdoen. Het duurzame ontbijt bestaat uit zelfgemaakte vegan wafels, een biologisch eitje, biologische kaas, fruit, jam en broodjes. Vanaf de C&B ben je in een kwartier bij het IJsselmeer en in een half uur bij de Noordzee. Leuke stadjes in de buurt zijn Medemblik, Enkhuizen en Hoorn.

"Achter de Turf" new house on the water

Welcome to our lovely house "Achter de Turf" in Medemblik. Located on the through water. At the front there is ample parking for your car, and you come by boat, you can dock it in the Westerhaven. The house offers plenty of comfort and is within walking distance of the city center, where shops, restaurants and cozy terraces are available. Medemblik is located on the IJsselmeer and the surrounding dike where you can enjoy the West Frisian surroundings. Amsterdam is 50 km away.

Rural cottage

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Cozy Pipo with large waterfront swing

Romantic accommodation with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat, you can watch the TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter, or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Kayak or 2 supboards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.

THE BEE Apartment

Set your base for exploring the beautiful nature surrounding of the North of Holland. The Bee is a 5000m2 retreat comprising of an apiary, large garden and playground, café with terrasse, boat and bike rentals and holiday rental homes/trekkerhuts. The farm was named Faith Farm by our grandfather, because we at Hoeve Vertrouwen have faith that nature knows her way. Come and stay at the first organic tulip farm in the world! We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and relaxing spot, in the middle of the Noord Holland countryside, a small paradise!
