The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

The home was a great stay especially for our big group. It accommodates everything when it comes to needing a place to stay and live for a week +. To give a caution the area was warned by other residents that it can be dangerous and not to go out late at night without car but during day is completely fine. That has nothing to do with the house but just a caution. With the house it could use a rotation in new linens and sheets as some old stains showed. Understandably there are lots of insects in the area but a lot of ants find their way inside so some precautions could be done with sprays by windows and entrances to prevent entry before guests arrive. Other than that the house has all amenities you need to live there as if you weren’t on vacation. Price is great for big groups and not the farthest from San Juan and the nearest beach even though you should rent a car anyways. Lastly, the hosts were great as they communicated perfectly with us wether we initiated convo or they checked up

Where do I begin, I first want to say in my 7 years using Airbnb Cesar was by far the best host I’ve had he truly cares about his guests he was always so responsive and kind he sent recommendations when they weren’t asked for checked on us and was just a joy to have as a host. I would stay here over and over again. The house was so clean the air conditioning worked great the water in the shower was warm or hot if needed the kitchen has everything you need, he also has beach towels,cooler,beach chairs,life vests for kids, games to play, a huge connect four outside where the pool is which the kids enjoyed. The house was peaceful at night and hearing the nature was beautiful. If I could give Cesar 10 stars I would. The house is centrally located with a beautiful beach just 10 minutes away and the bakery around the corner which is literally called La Bakery had the best tripletas. It was genuinely a great time we stayed 8 days and I am so happy we did. Thank you Cesar you’re the best!

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Beautiful property. Responsive host. Proximity to support local attractions and restaurants. Private beach entrance to peaceful, clean, and clear ocean water. Private pool within the gated community. A quiet, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience for our first trip to PR. I recommend the location and host. Superb!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Here’s to another successful sisters trip. We had such an amazing time. Veronica’s place was so great, especially loved that we could literally walk a couple feet to the beach, which we did after a long afternoon of shopping and eating. Inside the home was also great it had extra touches like all the beach and hiking essentials you need. It just was a great home . My husband and I are already making plans about coming back and staying again. Seriously a good stay. Thank you again for everything.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property and host. We have stayed in many rentals, and let me tell you Carmen was literally the best host ever! Hands down amazing experience. The location.. could not have been any better. The rental itself.. had everything we needed. From kitchen supplies, to sand and beach items.. you could not go wrong. Washer and dryer were a plus. The place was even better than described here online. The space was everything we needed for our family of 4. We felt safe at the property. Had lots of fun. The pools were so refreshing after a day out. Carmen went out of her way and gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The only negative part about this place was.. we had a hard time saying goodbye! We will definitely be back to this piece of paradise in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!

Edwin was a great host and the place was nice. The small attention to detail and traveler's needs were great. Edwin always responded in a timely matter and tried to accommodate every need. The things you should prepare for when selecting this location are: weather, it rains for a good part of April and most of May and at times it will cause a power outage. The mosquitos, I mean you can never really prepare for those, but pack accordingly. Check with the resort and host when traveling to make sure all amenities are functioning. The lazy river was not when I visited, and I wasn't notified if this. The beach, is actually at the end of the resort, maybe a 10-15 walk, and it requires a key. Edwin will leave the key for you. Don't go without it. This beach wasn't the cleanest or most appealing. Finally, if you're an animal lover, be prepared for the cats, dogs, lizards, roasters, and chickens, they're everywhere. I would book again. We made the best out of the situation

We enjoyed our stay- it was right on the beach. Air conditioner worked well. This condo was pretty spacious and had everything we needed. Located in safe area.

Mediania Alta is one of our favorite places to stay and Freddy's place did not disappoint. This trip was more adventurous as our kiddos are older and we were able to explore more of the island freely knowing we had a safe space to lay our heads. Freddy is a awesome host. He was attentive and his response time was top notch. Freddy, thank you for letting us stay with you. I stayed at Michelle’s place for 3 days in March with my mother and sister for a deeply personal trip—attending my grandfather’s funeral. Despite the heavy circumstances, Michelle’s property provided a comforting retreat during such a difficult time. The location offered an escape, which was exactly what we needed to find some calm amidst the storm of emotions. The check-in process was smooth, and Michelle was incredibly accommodating—she even let us check in early when we landed, which was a huge help during such an emotional time. She was a kind and understanding host, giving us the space we needed while being available for any questions. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, which made it easy to settle in after long days. Though our stay was tied to a sad occasion, the comfort of the accommodation and the surroundings left a positive impression.

Wonderful clean place with a beautiful view from the balcony. Positioned close to the pool and beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and cooled by an AC. Kitchen has everything you need. Parking is right in front. Check in/out was easy and Joseph was an amazing host on this last minute trip. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable place, it is safe, right by a private beach and pool which is a great vibe for Puerto Rico. Very responsive as well when we had questions about anything in the unit.

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

NICE PLACE TO STAY, BUT JUST ONE A/C WORKING OF TWO. SECURITY SHOULD BE MORE STRICT, PEOPLE WITH LOUD MUSIC AND STRONG SMELL OF MARIJUANA AT THE POOL AND NEXT TO OUR APARTMENT. I ADVISED BUT NOTHING CHANGED ALL WEEKEND. HAD A PLAY PEN FOR A 2 YEAR OLD BUT HAD NO MATTRESS😳

We loved Pamela's condo at Aquatika in Loiza. She was very accommodating, the unit was exactly as described and the booklet full of information on the local beaches, restaurants and activities was sooo helpful! (our friends stayed elsewhere and kept asking us for info from the book!) The resort itself was nice - We loved the beach, and the pools were great (my son especially loved the water slide - wished it was open on more than just the weekend) ...a little disappointed that the lazy river was under renovation, but it shows improvements are being made to the property, so that's a plus - it will be great in the future! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We had a great family trip!
