Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

everything is very clean, comfortable and very cozy, large and comfortable pool area to have a good time with the family.

The ambiance was soo nice and peaceful which was so nice to come and rest to after a long day of loud noises. Nelson was also very nice and went out of his ways to find delicious and local places to eat to. Very beautiful experience

Sergio is an excellent host . He is friendly and very helpful . I find the place to be rustic but quaint. The beds had the right comfort for me. I enjoyed sitting in the terrace. It was good that you could choose to park in the front or in back of the place. You can hear the coqie frogs making beautiful music. There is a small backyard and a grassy area for pets outside the gate, which was a plus.. It is definitely walking distance to the beach, but you do have to watch out for the loose neighborhood dogs. The area isn’t too far from shopping centers by car. Being that it’s summer, and not much of a breeze , the living room was extra warm. The bedroom furniture had some of wear and tear.

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

This is an excellent location to stay when visiting Puerto Rico! Central to many beaches and very close to El Yunque! The private beach was awesome and the place is private and safe to walk around and enjoy a morning run. Thank you to Luis for allowing us to have a great experience in Puerto Rico.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

This place was such a great pick!! My family and I loved this area & how quiet it was for what was expected! Our first time to Puerto Rico was a lot smoother with such a great spot in the middle of a lot of great site seeing places and great places to eat!! We enjoyed a lot of convenience that came with this house! We will definitely recommend this spot & check out other listings !!!

I was with my family from Saturday to Monday and it was excellent. We checked out later and it was a success. My mom was delighted since it was her mother's gift... I recommend it 100%

The place was beautiful and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. (We didn't sleep on the others). The outdoor space is lovely! We ate nearly every meal out there and spent lots of time relaxing, reading, swimming, etc. (If you're outside in the evening, you just have to get used to the fact that you need to use bug spray, which was provided). I'm posting this publicly so others know it's already been pointed out: there were some very basic kitchen items that were missing: a dish rack and dish towel, hot pads, and a knife to use for food prep (There was only one steak knife and butter knives). A bath towel was our only option for drying dishes. We ended up buying a knife out of necessity. Hopefully Ocean will reply and confirm that those items will be added. NOTE: We did not message about this while we were there because we wanted a relaxing time on our own. Ocean did not have a chance to correct this at the time, so this is not a complaint. Just an FYI.

Very cosy place everything was nice and clean and easy to navigate. I enjoyed my stay and the price was just right compared to similar places.

This home was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico! The GPS made the home a little difficult at first but after calling Jorge he sent the exact address & got us to the right place. The home was very clean besides a few dust bunnies in the bedroom closet & a couple stains on one beach towel. However, the property provided towels, beach towels, snorkels & goggles & so much more. The home was also very central to all activities we took part in. 15 minutes from the airport, 30 mins to El Yunque,20 to old San Juan/ T-mobile District. This was a very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. The sitting area was very peaceful & the owner of the property was a sweet little lady that brought us more towels and shared insight on best places for souvenirs and local restaurants. Mildred was a great hostess and she was very responsive. This house was clean and comfy, I would come back and recommend for future references.

This Airbnb was amazing, it’s just like pictures and is very clean. The AC worked amazing and only needed to be on for moments at a time to cool the whole place. The kitchen is spacious and provides basics for quick meals. The bathroom wasn’t too small and the water pressure worked very well, we always had warm water, the only minor issue with the bathroom is the door doesn’t close very well but it wasn’t a major issue since it’s located in the bedroom and the bedroom door closes and locks fine. The area is calm for the most part but there are a lot of roosters, it didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper it might. Overall the place is very cozy. The price is good for what you get and I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

Perfect location for my weekend getaway !! ubers was cheap to around town and to different cities . Check in was super easy and quick highly recommend
