We were really pleased with the apartment. It was right in the heart of the town and souk market. Little noisy at night but great location. Host was very responsive and helped me a few things including with transportation of the luggage to the taxi ( couple of hundred yard to reach main road). I would recommend. Thank you

We were a family of 5 adults. Loved our stay. Three of us loved the location of the riad in a very popular neighborhood, very exotic, while the other two were disturbed by the noise, pollution, smells. The riad is very quiet. We loved Aïcha's cooking, who is a very nice person. We loved the Moroccans: very welcoming, very friendly. We've always felt safe.

Where to start! We had such a magical stay here. The setting around the pool is so beautiful and peaceful, with little birds visiting in the morning. The house was immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. The chef was fantastic! Plenty of delicious food. Finally, the location was perfect: close to the airport and central Marrakech, but far enough away to feel like a total escape. Highly recommend.

The riad is located in the heart of the medina allowing you to do everything on foot. many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The riad has several spaces to enjoy the pool, a very quiet wooded courtyard and a roof with sunbathing and rooftop views respectively. The riad team was at the top, friendly, helpful, good advice and allowed a stress-free, safe check-in and checkout, which is appreciated as a family. The room equipment was pretty and authentic.

It went very well. Simo welcomed us very well for a bachelorette weekend with girls. Just to clarify, I thought there was a pool on the terrace upstairs, but there is no pool. There is only a small pool on the ground floor. Thanks for the perfect stay!

Moussa's Riyad is amazing, very close to the Ibn Youcef quranic school, lots to do all around, Moussa was an amazing host, It felt really like home. i slept in HQ because of the AC, it was amazing, thanx Moussa, I will comeback !!

a beautiful riad with a great location. the staff was helpful and communication timely. two things were different from other Riad's I've stayed before: food was brought from outside and not prepared in the house (it was delicious nevertheless) and there was no cleaning of rooms or common areas during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. Julia was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The Riad is just as stunning as the photos, full of charm and beautifully kept. Highly recommend!

Absolute bliss! This Riad is perfection. An oasis of calm just minutes walk away from the hectic souks and markets Every effort has been made to make you feel relaxed and at peace and ease Fred is a fantastic host and although we didn’t meet through WA he was always available and would regularly check in to ensure there were no issues Fred has a lovely maid (Hanane) who is so friendly and makes the most incredible food we would highly recommend having at least one breakfast and one lunch made by her it was the most delicious food we had during our whole stay in Morocco. We would absolutely love to return and stay again should the opportunity arise Thank you Fred you are a great host

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

We had a lovely few days at this beautiful riad. Everywhere was very tidy and clean and we really enjoyed having the delicious breakfasts prepared for us every morning. The air conditioning in the rooms was very effective when needed, there was plenty of hot water and the jacuzzi was a joy. A local tour guide was arranged for us by Karim, who was very responsive throughout our stay when we contacted him or needed his help/advice. The nearby Foundouk restaurant was a real find - book the terrace if you can. There are stalls nearby selling kitchen essentials such as milk and fruit and vegetables can be purchased in the markets between the riad and the main square. So, the riad has a great location. Highly recommend!

A wonderful stay. The riad was exactly as described and even more beautiful and peaceful than the photos. The beds were comfortable and air con perfectly offset the hot Moroccan weather. The riad was right in the centre of the medina. We always felt safe. The breakfast is delicious and staff that attended the riad were courteous and friendly. Valerie herself was very friendly and helpful, super quick to respond and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants. 11/10 would recommend. We will return here for sure.

The most perfect Airbnb and stay. The transfer and check-in was seamless. The riad is absolutely beautiful (a quite oasis of birds chirping and sunshine) and in a very good location (less than a minutes walk into an entrance into the hustle of the Medina and equally to the entrance where cars can pickup and drop off), so really couldn’t have asked for a better location. More importantly, Nawal made our stay! She is such a lovely human being but also I can’t recommend enough not only her breakfast but also her lunch/dinner. She is beyond talented (best food we had ) and so accommodating and thoughtful. Highly recommend this riad.

Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

We had an amazing stay here, ank and fatiha have been nothing short of great ensuring we had everything we needed and we had someone to meet us when we arrived, the house is beautifully designed with many intricate details that are beautiful, thank you Ank and Fatiha, for making our stay very calm and tranquil.

A beautiful Riad in the old town. Very comfortable and beautiful. We stayed as 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We were also very well looked after by the staff who was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful place to stay! We stayed for three nights and felt right at home. Olivia is very communicative and helpful. Mouad was wonderful in personally showing us to the riad on the first day. Fatima cooked us a delicious breakfast to enjoy in the riad before starting each day, it was one of the highlights of our trip. All the souks are nearby and plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from close to the riad. We felt safe during our stay and would definitely recommend this home for a trip to Marrakech!
