Riad holiday rentals in Medina

It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

Said was an extremely hospital host who was eager to help. Very gentle and kind. The place was beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Regina's Dar is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech. The house is ideally located for this, very close to all the important attractions and yet completely quiet. Jamaa El Fna is just a 10-minute walk away. The Dar itself is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need to enjoy yourself. The beautiful pool and roof terrace invite you to enjoy carefree and exude a feeling of luxury. Exactly what you appreciate after a long day in the souks. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and in excellent condition. Regina and Khadija, who are always ready to help with advice, action and information when needed, ensure this. Although Regina was not on site, she always responded within a very short time. Khadija's breakfast was sensational and always freshly prepared. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and recommend this Dar with full conviction. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

Our stay in this Riad in Marrakech was a complete success - not least thanks to Ayoub, the young hotel manager, who made our visit something very special with his warm, open manner and his always helpful attitude. The rooms and courtyard are designed in the traditional Moroccan style and exude the authentic charm of a real riad. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool in the courtyard, which, with its ornate oriental tiles, forms a relaxed oasis in the middle of the city. A place to feel good - we will be happy to come back!

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

The Riad is charming. It's in an old house but has everything you need and is a quite place in the middle of the hustling medina. Check-in and check-out were went smooth.

The airbnb is beautiful and exactly what you see in the pictures. But keep in mind it’s also in the heart of the medina and short walk from the nearest parking. While this was exciting for me, my old parents had a slightly challenging time. There are many tourists living in the area and it is a safe place. The neighbours are very sweet and helped when I had a problem with the lock of the door.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions, while remaining quiet for resting. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It immediately feels like a home away from home. Every detail is thought out for guest comfort. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional service offered. A very special mention for the housekeeper, who is very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always available, attentive and very kind, she anticipates needs and ensures that everything goes well. I highly recommend this place, a real gem!

A fantastic stay from start to finish. Adriano was a very accommodating host with a Moroccan breakfast prepared daily at the agreed upon time. Bathrooms and linens were immaculate. Riad design was very warm and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.

Having never been to Marrakech or Morocco before it was great having Caroline as our host. She gave us detailed recommendations on restaurants, things to do, where to go, starting from the day we booked. She assisted us with money exchange and gave us helpful local tips and tricks. She checked in with us frequently to see if there was anything we needed or wanted. We used her help to book a Hammam spa and a desert trip and were very happy. Caroline is the most helpful host I have ever encountered! The place itself was perfect and exotic. It’s a complete house in the Medina with 3 levels, full cooking facilities, rooftop terrace, comfy sitting room with TV. It was a peaceful oasis after the chaotic streets and souks of the medina. Having the fridge stocked with yogurt, juice and fruit for our arrival was an amazing touch. When I was suffering with a bad cold she had fresh ginger and lemons delivered so I could make a soothing tea. I cannot say enough. Fantastic find.

Oh, how I loved our stay! This is at the southern edge of the medina - just a few minutes from the hustle and bustle, but remarkably quiet. We had little birds join us by the breakfast room every morning, the roof terrace was lovely, and it all stayed *remarkably* cool (especially with the pool!) even in the intense Marrakech heat - tho the aircon in the bedroom was also very welcome! We were very well looked after and the breakfasts were outstanding. There was SO much food that we felt guilty about waste (maybe there could be some kind of menu that guests can choose from, so that it all gets eaten?!). It was absolutely yummy and we could skip lunch every day we were there because we were so full! The support we received was also incredibly helpful – Aziz organised taxis for us from the airport and also for a day trip to Essouira (strong recommend, btw!). It was a wonderful stay: a few steps from the beating heart of Marrakech, but a genuine oasis. Lovely memories. Thank you.

The riad is in a great location, right in the centre, close to the market and all the restaurants but still very quiet inside. Nicely designed and very clean house. Looks like on the pictures. We really had a great time. Thank you

Afifa and Aziz were absolutely amazing and the Airbnb was stunning. Aziz was proactively reaching out to us in the days leading up to the trip making sure that we had everything in place. He coordinated a very nice van to pick us up from the airport for a very reasonable price, and the same driver (with Aziz) were there to pick us up and bring us back to the airport at 730am on the day we left. Aziz took the time to provide us with traditional tea and cookies as soon as we got to the the Airbnb and walked us through the property as well as recommendations near by. The Airbnb itself was exactly as described. A very beautiful space overall, and felt very secure once you were locked in. This is in the heart of the Medina, but still felt extremely safe and comfortable with very little outside noise once inside. Wish I had more space to write more about the experience - but 10 / 10 would recommend again, and will definitely be trying to book through Afifa and Aziz in the future.

Estele’s place was beautiful, clean and importantly we felt very much at home. She was very responsive and organized transport for us to and from the airport. The Airbnb is well located and walking distance from a lot of the touristic attractions. We loved our stay and looking forward to visiting again.

We are delighted with this stay at Riad Chorfa, in accordance with the photos (which still don't show all the charm of the Riad, its pool, very nice terrace...) top service, very welcoming and friendly staff! I recommend it!

Lovely stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, made us feel very safe there! Thank you for your hospitality! The breakfast served every morning on the roof is delicious, particularly the omelette with cheese! The hot tub was a lovely temperature and the rooftop was a lovely place to come back and relax at. The Riad is a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the souks/medina.

Dominique was fantastic – communication was seamless throughout, and she went out of her way to help organise our transfers to and from the airport. The food was beautiful, the attention to detail was exceptional, and the space itself was stunning. The internal team, including the guards and support staff, were warm and attentive. It was truly one of the most magical places we’ve ever stayed – a peaceful haven right in the heart of Marrakech.

The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.
