I have stayed at quite a few airbnbs and I have to say that Doug has been THE best host. He was more than accommodating and understanding of some changes needed for our stay. The house is beautiful, the beds, linens and towels were luxurious, and the grounds were very peaceful. If we stay in this area again, we will definitely be staying at Doug's place if available!

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

We had a wonderful time for a golf weekend trip. The house is beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed being near water and the big deck. The owner was helpful and very responsive. Very happy with our stay!

We loved staying at this historic and lovely home in historic Peninsula. The owners Joe and Olga could not have been more kind, helpful and accommodating. The house was just as described in the description beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the house offered a downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The large dining room was a plus for a large family gathering. The front and back porches are perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with family. The house is located in a great location within the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and with easy access to Hudson. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Ohio. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place close to everything you would want to visit in Amish Country. Host had great recommendations and we enjoyed using the pool at the sister location.

Bill was a great host! His home was cozy, clean, and had everything you could think of! We stayed at the house to be closer to our wedding venue and it was a very relaxing environment! Will be staying there again in the future!

There’s nothing better than taking a nice relaxing vacation down to the Amish country. this location was in the heart of the Amish country and just minutes away from all of the great places we’ve come to love and enjoy. When we walked in, it was just like the pictures beautiful all three floors laid out nice. my family enjoyed every inch of this house everything clean and pristine right down the street from Walnut Creek Cheese was simply a blessing being able to go grab items from the store and be back at the in no time. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

This was the perfect home for our family who traveled to Ohio from Oregon, Florida and Scotland for a high school graduation It allowed us all to be together, close to the Airport, close to Downtown and was spacious enough to provide us all with privacy. What a nice place. Place is prettier than the pictures listed. We had a fabulous time and our host was beyond amazing. Such a sweatheart. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back here. We have been going to different Airbnb’s and my siblings said this was the nicest place. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Judy was an absolute gem from the moment I contacted her to book. She was understanding of shifting plans and truly took to heart the importance of this little vacation for my husband and myself. Upon request, she even used unscented laundry detergent specifically for my sensitivities. This made a HUGE difference and made us feel very at home in the space from the start. This was mine and my husband's first vacation together in 9 years due to prolonged and intense medical issues and it ended up being the perfect place for us to get away to. We are already planning our next visit. Judy also welcomed us up to her own home to meet her dogs (big highlight for my dog-loving husband), and horses (big highlight for this horse-loving girl). Judy and her daughter were so kind, easy-going, and welcoming! The home itself is beautifully decorated and well-kept with so many amenities available. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked with basics and quick/easy snacks/meals. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay...even though it was only one night. The house is SO beautiful- classic Craftsman. The woodwork and pocket doors and Tiffany lamps were so charming. Everything was pristine. Steve and Wayne were so easy to communicate with. My friends and I would highly recommend.

This is now our fourth stay at the YTR! We absolutely love it and don’t even think to rent anywhere else when we visit the area. Jeremy and Chelsey are the greatest hosts and Lizzie is quite the helper too! Of course we love the occasional visits from Bruce :) the house is always clean and always showing new additions or renovations. The backyard and fire pit area is one of my favorite parts of the house. It’s definitely a great place for the kids to run free and for all our friends and family to hang out. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Chelsey, Jeremy, Lizzie and Bruce for having our wild bunch again!

Everything was great! We did have to hunt down some towels and the lock to the game room was not working, but the host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely book with host again he was great! House was as deceived and perfect for our family that was in town for a wedding. Loved the kitchen and the ping pong dining table was a hit with our crew! Thanks for a great stay!

We had an enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and had everything we could need away from home for 2 nights. The pool was 80 degrees and perfect for our kids!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

Our stay was great we enjoyed the hot tub and the games that were in the house. We also loved the kitchen and how big the sofa was. Can’t forget how comfy the beds were. Definitely would stay again.

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

Absolutely the best, they made are vacation excellent. Heating the pool to hot tub. Everything was perfect and would love to stay again. Location was ideal for cedar point and Cleveland.
