great place for a family getaway. turtle Creek was beautiful and great hidden swimming gem. we loved that there was like "2 wings" of the home.

This property was stunning! The multiple structures on the property offered privacy, while the grand house and pool gave us an incredible area to congregate and create memories. We loved the pool and the stargazing deck - we saw lots of shooting stars. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to rent Britney Jo's place again; she was a great host!

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

Our Mother’s day weekend was incredible! Our 1st time in Fredericksburg and Mark gave us suggestions on places to go. Main street and HEB nearby. Relaxing poolside and seeing animals grazing in your backyard was a treat. Beds were very comfortable plenty of linens for guest use. Mark thanks for being a great host by quickly responding to my questions. Your place is amazing, my family and I throughly enjoyed.

Afton is a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and was big enough to accommodate nine of us. Very welcoming and in a nice part of town. We enjoyed the big backyard with lots of different birds and squirrels. The hot tub was a plus. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay! Very clean and neat, beds were really comfortable, easy parking access, easy check in. A/C worked perfectly which is a plus plus for me, and the communication was on point.

Place was wonderful! Great location. Only difference was there were no string lights up outside as shown in pics.

Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

Place was amazing but it is a smart house. We had trouble with the TV and lights hooking it up on our phones. The TV wanted us to download an app and add a credit card. The outside was amazing, especially the hot tub. Only down fall was the storm knocked the outside lights out so we swam in the dark. Overall, it was amazing!

Everything was great. We ran into a few hiccups, but the host was a great communicator. The house had a lot of space for my family and I. It was a perfect drive going to Sea World. The drive to the riverwalk was not long at all. Little to no traffic.

The house was great for a large family group. Lots of room and was at the end of the street. Play structure for young children too. Kids liked exploring for rocks. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. Towels were plenty. Easy to get inside. Connor helped with some information needed. Had a sign about a step up from the kitchen, read it! Would come again.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, all amenities that you need for a long stay. Lots of games to do to have a game night! backyard was beautiful, and great hang out spots. Me and my friends had an amazing time!! i cannot express how much i recommended this place to stay!!

This year, they even arranged for a package to arrive with some supplies exactly when we did, based on a message I had sent last year. Our family of 14 had more than enough room to have different activities at one time. Pool was a blessing and family enjoyed evenings swimming and playing. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family as well. Was close enough to attractions which was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your home this past week.

This was a great stay. Definitely felt like a home away from home. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool. The location was great as well. Everything was close when we wanted to grab food or quick store run. Gabriel responded quickly to all of my questions and communicated extremely well. He also gave very clear instructions for check in, check out, and whatever we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place and the hosts.

This was a great location for a trip to sea world. It was so close by. 5 minutes and we were there. I appreciated how clean everything was. I slept comfortably feeling everything was clean. I didn't spend much time in the home itself, mainly shower and sleep, but the games and the pacman were a nice addition.

I went with my family, where there is a baby, we loved it, since I had baby seats, toys, among other things, to facilitate my stay. For adults, there was everything we could need. Really, a great place, very quiet if you are looking for peace, 100% privacy, we recommend the Tanner house, everything is fine, close to the house, downtown ,shops and markets, the river walk.
