You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Ancien corps de ferme de la fin du 19e siècle entièrement rénové (215m2), dans un grand jardin de 3ha, à 60 km est de Bordeaux et 1,5 km de la bastide de Monségur. 4 chambres (1 suite parentale avec lit 180, 2 avec lit 160, 1 chambre dortoir de 30 m2 avec 6 couchages adulte simple), 3 salles de bain, 1 TV, pingpong, parking. Grande pièce à vivre idéale pour des repas en famille ou entre amis. Vous serez dans un lieu paisible, en pleine nature, idéal pour se ressourcer.
