In the trailer, you will find a night area with a bed for two people as well as a pull-out bed for one person that can be placed side, a dining room-kitchenette area, a shower room and toilet, and finally, a private terrace with table and chairs to enjoy your view of the horse paddocks. You will also appreciate the small services such as, beds made on arrival, provision of towels and a cleaning kit. Our accommodation is a detached house nestled in the heart of nature, on the edge of the forest, in the village of Mées, a resort for storks, 5 minutes from Dax. Perfect for a relaxing getaway for couples, families, or groups of friends. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of the Landes pine forests and the coolness of the woodland, while still being close to the most beautiful sites in the Landes and the Basque Country. This cabin has its own corner of the forest; you are cut off from the rest of the world. Total disconnection just steps from the river; let your desires guide you during your stay. The cabin consists of an upstairs bedroom with a bed, and downstairs a room that opens onto a terrace which gives you direct access to your Nordic bath. The shower is outside, under a bamboo teepee. A packed lunch (€30/person) or a charcuterie and cheese platter (€24) is available in the evening (order 48 hours in advance)

Come and discover the south of the Landes! For information: charging of electric vehicles is not allowed, a charging station is available 900 m away. Dogs are no longer allowed due to too much damage, however cats are still allowed.

KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
