We had a lovely stay. It’s a very cozy house, nice kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. Perfect for a little quiet getaway!

Good location of the house, everything can be reached quickly by car. The house is very nicely furnished and contains everything you need. The garden is very nice and good for relaxing with the hot tub. The communication with Shirley was always positive. Shirley is very welcoming.

The house is very cozy and super suitable for families (with children and dogs)! Ghislaine offers several food arrangements, which have been taken care of to the last detail. The garden is lovely, with a hot tub and a nice view.

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

We were able to spend 2 nights and 3 days very comfortably and leisurely.This time, I was on vacation with everyone at work, and we all enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen and enjoying a very nice meal in the large space.And the little children were happily running around in the spacious courtyard of the facility, looking very happy.There were also five toilets and showers, and there was also a sauna, so it was very comfortable because there was always somewhere to use even when there were a large number of people.If you can bring your own bed linen and bath towels, the price is also good, so I highly recommend it.We came from Düsseldorf, and it was just the right distance, and the owner was very good at German and kind, so that was also very reassuring.I would like to visit again this year.

Excellent guesthouse in a nice quiet location, near the Maas. There were several cottages on site. The house we rented had a private garden that was well screened. The courtyard was shared with everyone and there were some children's bikes. In the house itself, everything was very clean. There was plenty of space, plenty of equipment also in the kitchen. Too bad the piano didn't work (some keys broken and it was completely false!) In addition, it is also unfortunate that the hot tub in the garden is not included but that this is payable separately in cash.

Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

what a beautiful gem close to the lake and the woods. Easy parking in front of the door. Be careful with Google navigation. The road to the lake is a hiking trail and not a car area. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. The wood was already ready and a bottle of wine too. That is immediately relaxing.

A great apartment with three large bedrooms, each with double beds. In the apartment/kitchen, everything that is needed is available and more. Lots of dishes, glasses, etc. Games, TV/DVD player Balcony to get some fresh air A garage for a car because parking on the street is otherwise chargeable, was great! We always walked 20 minutes into the city because the weather was great. A large Rewe supermarket and bakery 100m away is also super convenient. In this respect, the city center/old town is within walking distance. The only small drawback is the very small bathroom, but with a separate toilet. All in all, a great apartment, where no wishes were left unfulfilled👍

We would like to thank our hosts Ingrid and Luc for the wonderful time in Balen. When we arrived, Ingrid greeted us with the key and a tour of the house. The accommodation was very clean and quiet - in the middle of the forest, but easy to reach by car. The next day, we were allowed to watch a horse feeding and admire the orchard. There is a beautiful hiking trail nearby, which is recommended. Thank you for the wonderful holiday, hospitality and generosity! We will be happy to come back!

Lovely, peaceful and clean apartment. Georg was very helpful and let us store our tandem. Good supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk through the park into Aachen city.

The apartment is on a busy street day and night. Close to the main tourist spots. All parking lots are paid in the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious and functional. (The lift is small, the entrance to the ground floor is secure) Yolande is very welcoming and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at this fabulous property. The house is located within easy access of Aachen. The beautifully manicured grounds are an oasis of tranquility. Our dog loved walking in the grounds and we spotted a deer on one of our walks in the grounds. I would also highly recommend a visit to Maastricht, which is easily negotiated from the Aachen area.We plan to return in the very near future. Thank you once again to Sophia and her husband for their helpful hints on places to visit during our stay.

We enjoyed a peaceful night at Renate's house. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is clean and very comfortable. Renate and her husband are very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay there. would highly recommend

We had a very nice weekend! Maastricht is easily accessible by train. You are calm, tidy and everything was in order.

Top spot with all kinds of fun activities such as a ping pong table, shotter greenhouse, dart board and beautiful swimming pond. Enormously enjoyed the peace and surroundings. We'll be back!

We were there as a group over a long weekend and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility, nature and the beautiful grounds.

For the first time, vacation in your own country instead of camping abroad. I was rather hesitant, but our stay in Kelpen Oler surprised us very positively. We were warmly welcomed by Ans and Sander with coffee and homemade cake. The beautiful holiday home is equipped with all comforts (great bed, chairs and bathroom) and is sparkling clean. We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped garden and the wonderful swimming pool. You have a lot of privacy and hardly notice that you are staying in the owners' garden. Occasionally, they had a nice chat with us and we were also invited out again in the evening. We came mainly for our peace and quiet but also made beautiful bike rides and went to Belgium, the Designer Outlet and a tea garden. In the village, there is a chip shop and a Grandcafé across the street. And despite the location on a main road, you have all the peace and quiet in the garden and you enjoy the birds. We will definitely return to this special place!

A lovely place in the heart of Liege. Incredible garden and facilities, and the place was spotlessly clean. Enough beds for 7 of us to sleep separately, which was wonderful. Jos communicated really well with us, which made the check in/out process really easy. Thanks very much; we hope to use your place again next year :)

Highly recommended accommodation with a beautiful property. The rooms offer plenty of space, a good standard and average cleanliness. Checking in and out went smoothly. The host was very friendly and always helpful. A highlight is the property, which, with a fireplace, a pool, a large lawn and lots of seating furniture, offers everything you need for a great stay in the summer.
