A perfect stay in a very well-equipped house for families. Be careful in the garden because there is no separate fence with the road, you must be vigilant if you have small children. You can find all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The description is perfectly compliant and you won't have any surprises. I would recommend it 100%

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Philippe's cottage. The cottage is very convenient because it's very well-equipped, spacious rooms, basement suitable for ski equipment. For skiing, it took us about 20-25 minutes in the morning, road not jammed around 9 a.m. Philippe was very responsive and kind. The delivery of breads and pastries in the morning is a real pleasure. We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet stay. A soothing place to keep children occupied without worries. Lots of equipment that facilitates comfort and leisure (bicycles for children, outdoor games, etc.) The house is also perfectly equipped for adults with all the little details that improve a stay (garbage bags, coffee pods, tea, household products, bathroom products, etc.) nothing is missing. Complete library with many very interesting books... A really perfect stay.

Very nice mountain chalet. Everything is big! Large shared spaces with a real kitchen for a large group which is rarely the case when you leave at 15! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with each a bathroom (special mention for super comfortable beds). there are also 2 more confidential spaces for a reading or cinematic moment, all tastefully decorated, comfortable chalet style. Very nice view of the surrounding mountain from a large outdoor table for a large table. Lots of outdoor spaces for the joy of children with the chickens of the owners who have been very successful. Everything is even more appreciated with the ecological dimension of the owners who have done everything in this direction in the renovation of this building. Very nice hosting with tips to enjoy the surroundings. i recommend ++++

The house is amazing, especially for a family stay. Everything was very clean and perfectly equipped. The garden is a real paradise for children: swimming pool, trampoline, little house, swings... Our daughters had a blast! There's even a game room upstairs, really great. The setting is beautiful, very quiet, and we had a perfect time. We are delighted to have been able to celebrate a special occasion as a family in this house. A big thank you, everything was perfect!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

We all enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful, especially the space afforded both inside and out. Chrystele was a very good host and everything went well. Not sure what more I can say. We would definitely return.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

This is my most comfortable living experience in Onxi! When we checked in, they showed us all the items we needed to use, and specially provided us with graphic instructions. In the middle, my colleague was unwell, and they also instructed us on how to get medical attention as soon as possible.During the stay, any problems will be answered quickly! If you need a comfortable vacation home, I would highly recommend Jacques' place
