Enjoy a very private experience at this newly built centrally-located home. located in the lake district of Camden. Moments from hiking trails, set back on the hillside across from Megunticook Lake, and watch the lake sparkle between the trees. Soaking bath, firepit, beautiful walks. This is our private home which we only put up when we are away for work or travel. We move our most personal belongings but please note things like closets still contain our clothes, pantry goods & such remain.

Beautiful hand built cabin, overlooking Cotton Pond. Ten minutes from Camden, the sailing mecca of the east coast. Solar lights, (we are off the grid) gravity fed kitchen water, gas-hot water outdoor shower, outhouse overlooking the forest. Hiking trails everywhere! Swimming across the road on Hobbs Pond. If you book in November, there is a possibility that if it gets cold, you will not have a hot outdoor shower and will use water from a 5 gallon ceramic container for drinking and cooking.
