The small house

My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.

Nice walk for everyone, including our four-legged friends - a children's playground, in a nice park - a supermarket, bakery, butcher and nice restaurant. Baby equipment. Workspace/high-speed Wi-Fi.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Completely refurbished, you will be perfectly self-sufficient with its kitchen equipped to prepare tasty little dishes, and its terrace for sunny days. This beautiful studio is equipped with a dressing room and a small reading area as well as a double sofa bed and above a single bed. Wifi access is available as well as air conditioning. The studio is located on the second floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park their car in the garden. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Recently renovated, we wanted to keep the charm of the old, the exposed beams and the stones while creating modern comfort (reversible air conditioning, induction cooktop, etc.) with antique furniture. 5 min from the train station and 15 min from the city center on foot.
