Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

It is located on the edge of the Serra da Estrela natural park, where many natural activities are possible (canoeing... You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountain in the calm and modern comfort. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the house.

Located at the foothills of Serra da Estrela mountains, the house offers a calm and relaxing ambience inviting guests to nature's contemplation.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, you can enjoy the pool in summer, barbacue, bikes and children's playground.In winter, you can enjoy the sound of the fireplace and the snow on the mountain. On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Casa da Fonte

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).

Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.
