This accommodation is not in the hyper center but very close to the Cuidad Lineal metro on line 5 which makes getting around very easy. the advantage of this is that it is not noisy like some downtown apartments. It is also spacious and well-equipped. We used it as aficionados to go to bullfights every day and we were in Las Vetas in 10 minutes So I would recommend it

Excellent apartment, modern, well decorated, with everything you need to cook; with a very good location, easy access, two rooms each with its own bathroom, easy access to different means of transport such as bus and Metro, good supermarkets, restaurants and bars, also cafes and bakeries. You simply could not find a better apartment in Madrid. Javier’s apartment is stunning, comfortable, and in the perfect location-in the heart of La Latina just a short walk to Calle Cava Baja yet it is still peaceful and quiet inside. It’s an absolute gem.

The apartment was very nice and I felt very comfortable. It is close to restaurants, shops and transportation. It offers very safe parking and it was very useful to me.

Very nice stay and host. There were many courtesy items such as breakfast, ice, infusions, etc. I would definitely come back. One drawback is that being a low floor, when the slightest crumb of food fell to the ground, an ant would appear, but nothing to worry about.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

I can’t say enough about this perfect apartment in a perfect city! We loved the space for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was super clean and the host was so sweet and helpful and nice! The building is so convenient with everything readily available! It’s right next to the Goya metro stop and it was absolutely super convenient! Thanks Goya! We really felt at home in your beautiful city.

When we arrived, we found a lady in the apartment who was cleaning the apartment, who was too nice and kind. She cleaned the whole apartment from top to bottom, everything smelled good. We really enjoyed the host, he was clear in everything and was really very active in managing everything. I would highly recommend it to everyone! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The apartment where I stayed was perfect in every way. It is located in a quiet area, with many shops nearby, which was very convenient. Inside the apartment there were all the necessary appliances, all in very good condition. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I am very satisfied and I recommend it with pleasure. We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here,we didn’t have a kettle so contacted the host and he brought a new one to us as soon as he could.Very comfy bed and lovely location.Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment went very well! The apartment is well-equipped, in the semi-basement which allows you to keep it cool! The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention to the jacuzzi after long walks!) The mini terrace is nice! The neighborhood is quiet while having everything within walking distance: supermarket, small shops, multiple bus stops (the best way to get around from the apartment to the more touristy sites!)

Wonderful stay in this house located within a rural estate. I went with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway and the place was perfect. It is true that there are two floors and two accommodations, and therefore you can have neighbors, and it is also true that the caretaker of the property lives about 50 meters away; but at no time did I feel my privacy invaded. The furniture and decoration are beautiful and in excellent condition. The environment is very beautiful, surrounded by nature. Definitely an experience to do it again.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
