We enjoyed a one week stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful decor, clean and all bed rooms air conditioned and ensuite. We enjoyed the private pool, which was cleaned every day. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Secure location and nice and friendly hosts. We hope to return and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Pim’s place was exactly as described, a beautifully decorated traditional home with a comfy terrace. The recommendations were spot on, it was great to have Yassin come get us from the parking lot. He was courteous and helpful and the breakfast served delicious. Pim helped us hire a great tour guide for half a day, ask for Hamid if interested.

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon our arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a true haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of the unique magic that only the medina of Fez can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and the soul of Abdelali is present at every moment. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the medina of Fez, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent joyful and relaxing moments there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

I went to Fez with a group of colleagues working on a project. We stayed at Riad Elegance, a historic restored palace dating back to the 17th century. The moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautiful courtyard built in the traditional Moroccan style, complete with a small pool at its center. Two floors of rooms rise gracefully around the courtyard which has beautiful zellij tile work and restored stucco ornamentation. As an art historian, I was in love! The Riad is maintained and managed by two lovely people, Abdullatif and Aicha. They are so warm, hospitable, and genuinely caring toward all the guests. Aicha also offers an optional, paid dinner service—she’ll cook a traditional Moroccan meal using fresh ingredients from the market. The dinner she prepared for us—I can still remember all the flavors! They treated us like family. For a great experience, a relaxing vacation, and a little adventure in Fez with a peaceful retreat to return to each evening, choose this Riad!

Fantastic Airbnb with stunning views in an amazing location central to everything! Excellent communication with a super responsive host who quickly responded to any needs and helped coordinate easy transportation to and from train stations etc! HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

Very good location with the possibility of using 1 garage. Nice apartment but overlooking a main street... Too bad there's no hot water in the kitchen. Close to a supermarket (Marjane).

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with toddler. Sanae is a very caring host. She proactively asked us if we needed a cot. She also provided this very nicely. Absolute recommendation for old town visitors as well as top views! Always happy to

A perfect stay in Fez! The apartment is simply superb: clean, well decorated, very comfortable, and located in a quiet and elegant neighborhood. We immediately feel at home there!
