Ideal location in Ho Chi Minh City in its green residency area , and short distance to all attractions in town. The host is real super-host, easy communications and always being helpful. You can’t find better. Highly recommended, for sure!

This place is really great, but especially Huong is just amazing. She picked me up at the airport and she drove me to the ferry after my stay, so nice of her!! The place is cute, and really immersed in nature, so make sure you are comfortable with that. The Internet is good and reliable. The neighbourhood is really local, but everybody is so friendly. The house is a little bit hidden, so make sure to mark it properly in your map before you going exploring haha Overall, I had a great stay there!!

OMG!! WOW 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Literally that’s what we been catching us saying over and over again. Sunset Town is where Europe and Vietnam had a baby everything is new such an amazing 🤩 place blew our minds.  Sunset Homestay owned and hosted by Duy, a young gentleman and his father were so accommodating, Duy promptly responded to my message as he literally live on the top floor. We wanted to rent a motorbike it got delivered to us USD 7 per day, we wanted our laundry done he sorted that too and guaranteed return by 8pm for USD4 per kilo. We hired him for 12hrs (10am-10pm)  we went to Vimpearl and around the city, night market for some cheap fresh seafood and massages for USD 60.  The villa is exactly how it’s described we loved it so much my husband and I would love to stay here for a whole year, it has 2 big wardrobes, very functional kitchen, perfect sized dining set and lounge set, large king bed, big TV with free Netflix, great lighting for putting makeup. Can't wait to be back there 🥰

Candy Pepper & Susie Q’s designer house is a fantastic and unique place to stay in Kampot. It has a lot of space, nice bedrooms with good AirCon, beautiful kitchen, nice terrace to watch Kampot move by, and the art and decor is simply spectacular - the entire house is filled with interesting and colorful art, much of it specific to southeast Asia. There is even billiard table, a turntable and a great selection of vinyl LPs. It was great to relax after a day around town with Prince, the Stones and Sade, among many others. The host was very kind and responsive, and also has a separate guesthouse and cafe, Candy Pepper, a few blocks away that has the best Thai food around. The location of the house is ideal, out of the way of the louder parts of Kampot, but still central, so it is very easy to reach the river or many shops with a just a short walk. It is also very close - just about one block - to a few excellent Kampot restaurants, like Cafe Espresso and Deva. Highly recommend.

Great place for big groups,

When I saw the listing I felt like it would be a great experience to stay in this house but I was worried that we would arrive and see that it wasn’t as advertised like sometimes happens on Airbnb. Not this time. What you see in the pictures is accurate! The place is beautiful. You feel like you are outside while being protected from mosquitoes and rain. The trees in the living room are awesome but there’s still a tv and sound system. Surrounded by nature, you still have a full large kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and ample space for your clothes and necessities. The sound of the fish pond outside add to the relaxing atmosphere. There are lizards big and small running around as well as snails, and we saw a frog once! They all mostly stay out of your way and stick to the planted areas. They add to the outdoor feel. Negatives for some people: it is quite humid because it is in Phu Quoc without air conditioning. Humidity doesn’t bother me so my month was perfect

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, quiet, great location. And Thuy was very attentive and communicative, would definitely recommend.

The house and garden are lovely and very calm. We really enjoyed this typical house ! Tommy and the people who welcomed us were very nice. Thank you very much for this week-end :)

Okay, I've stayed many times in a row.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

We very much enjoyed our stay and we were Tung was very helpful and pro-active, so it all went very smoothly. The apartment is in a very convenient location.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!
