Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Cozy house with stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

The cabins are of a high standard and are basically designed for 2 people with the possibility to lay down 2 pieces on the sofa bed. The cabin is 26 sqm. Kitchenette has all the necessary kitchen supplies. Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash. 1 bedroom with double bed. Large plating with outdoor furniture and fire pit.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which provides a pleasant experience in summer and winter. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person
