It's comfortable and cozy! Please note: As it is a condominium, it is necessary to comply with the rules of the Regiment that is within the apt.

Without neighbors nearby, the surrounding nature is plentiful, overlooking the mountains and the beautiful waterfall of the sertãozinho, very green and birds, a pond with colorful carp, rivers and waterfalls a few steps away. The place is gorgeous in all climates; river baths and waterfall in summer, fireplace and wood stove in winter.
