Heating with a slow-burning stove (firewood included in the daily cost); all windows are double-glazed. Hot water with an electric water heater. Cost of the tinaja is apart and the value is $40,000 per day. Tinaja must be requested one day in advance, for the preparation time, may be used after 6 pm of the requested day.

The Jacuzzi is easily operated by the guests themselves. Each use/filling has an additional fee of 25,000.
